Abstract

In 2016 marks 45 years since the publication of the first papers on the theory of infinitely differentiable finite solutions of a functional differential equations so-called atomic functions (AF). The review presents a brief analysis of the publications, since the first ones until now. Both individual and scientific schools investigations are considered related to the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of atomic functions usage in physics and engineering.
