The dependencies of ambiguity function on geometric position and quantity of antennas and using input tracts (narrow-band, multi-band, ultra-wideband) are investigated. The SAR images of the moving target with motion in along track direction show the typical smearing and displacement of the target signature in case of squint-looking radar. The interferometric image shows the rainbow-like signature for moving target. It has been shown that the measurement precision is not worse of that in commercially available low-coherence optical tomography devices, which are based on the same method. The LED applied has a broader spectrum and a much lower cost compared to those of super-luminescent diodes that usually used in optical spectral interferometry applications. The result of the detection this signal is the detection and identification of the substance. The method is based on the convolution of the pattern signal and detecting signal after continuous wavelet transformation and estimation of mutual coherency. On silicic double-drift region IMPATT diode with round quartz pillar it was obtained microwave generation with frequency of 227 GHz and launch power 16,6 mW with the pulse duration of 80 ns. Unlike previous studies, which take into account the multipath only, clutter are complicated by thermal noise of radar in this study. The study was carried out by computer simulation. The main focus was the study of effects on measurement errors of prior parameters of the method: the signal subspace dimension and the order of estimated correlation matrix of signals received by a multi-element antenna array.
