This study aims to determine the differences of teacher engagement from gender perspective and certification status of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah at Tegal regency. This study used a mixed method with 302 research participants of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah. The research findings show that teachers’ engagement consists of five aspects, namely vigor, dedication, absorption, job satisfaction, and quitting intention. By using these five aspects, it is known that there are differences in teacher engagement between male and female teachers. Male teachers have higher teacher engagement scores than female teachers. Mean teacher engagement for male teachers was 4.62 while female teachers were 4.55. r h value is 0.209, it is greater than the value of r tabel at either 5% or 1% significance. This shows that there are differences in the value of teacher engagement between men and women. Meanwhile, the mean of teachers who were certified (4.73) was higher than uncertified teachers (4.48). T he r h value of -0.001 indicates that there is no difference in the value of teacher engagement between certified and uncertified teachers in Madrasah Aliyah at Tegal regency. The data collection tools used questionnaire which was carried out on 130 students of MAN Aceh Barat and 3 Arabic teachers of MAN Aceh Barat. The data were analyzed by using chi-square with α= 0,05. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi pustaka (library research). Data primer yang digunakan adalah buku tematik (buku guru dan buku siswa) pada halaman 1-168, kelas IV tema indahnya kebersamaan dengan 3 subtema, kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar. Kemudian merumuskan indikator sesuai taksonomi bloom (C4-C6). sedangkan data sekundernya adalah teori-teori maupun gagasan dari buku dan jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis isi (content analysis). Teknik analisis data yang terkumpul berupa tulisan yang menjadi dasar analisis mengacu pda instrumen buku Tematik. Hasil penilitan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 26 indikator yang memuat HOTS, yaitu 9 indikator di subtema 1, 8 indikator di subtema 2, dan 9 indikator di subtema 3. Religious value education is very closely with humans’ character. The aim of the study was to assess the implementation of religious practice in the SMKN 2 Peurelak. The design of the study is kind of Pre-Experimental design with qualitative approach. The experiment class used was an Electrical Motor Installation Department, class X, XI, and XII. However, for the interview needed, the participants involved were four students from different classes and two teachers. The instrument used in the study was a set of the interview protocol. This qualitative method would be analyzed by encoding the respondents’ initials and their transcripts. The transcript will be analyzed by identifying emerging themes. The finding result showed that the students sensed their spirit and motivation were increased after the implementation of religious activities in their school. Diperlukan suatu metode agar kecakapan hidup dapat dikembangkan, salah satunya melalui model problem based learning. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan kecakapan hidup general siswa pada pembelajaran sistem gerak di kelas XI dengan model Problem Based Learning. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecakapan hidup general di kelas XI Lina (Lintas Minat) terkategori Baik dengan rata-rata sebesar 70%. Kecakapan hidup general yang muncul saat pembelajaran PBL adalah Kecakapan spiritual berupa penghayatan diri sebagai makhluk tuhan sebesar 82%, kecakapan potensi berupa menyadari kelebihan yang dimiliki dan percaya diri sebesar 68%, kecakapan berfikir yaitu menggali informasi, menemukan, mengelola, dan mengambil keputusan sebesar 69%, kecakapan komunikasi berupa mendengarkan, berbicara, membaca dan menulis sebesar 69%, kecakapan bekerjasama berupa tanggung jawab sebesar 73%. Jenis penelitian deskriptif naturalistik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data pedagogical content knowledge diperoleh dari alumni melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pedagogical content knowledge alumni Pendidikan Bahasa Arab sudah baik. Dimana dari empat komponen pedagogical content knowledge, tiga diantaranya sudah terpenuhi dengan maksimal dan baik yaitu pengetahuan tentang materi, representatif dan strategi pengajaran, serta tujuan dan konteks pembelajaran. Meskipun alumni masih memiliki kemampuan yang rendah dalam mempersiapkan interaksi dan suasana belajar yang baik bagi siswa. Sementara komponen pengetahuan tentang pemahaman siswa masih rendah. Alumni tidak mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa sebelum memasuki kelas, tidak mengidentifikasi kesulitan belajar siswa sebelum memasuki kelas, tidak menggunakan metode penilaian untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa mengenai pelajaran, serta tes yang diberikan belum membantu siswa menyadari situasi belajarnya. This research is a development study designed using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which aims to develop learning media made of chess boxes, namely “seven in one”. Data obtained from validation sheets and questionnaires were processed using descriptive statistics to determine the feasibility and practicality of using “seven in one” media. The results showed that the assessment of media experts both in terms of materials and aspects of utilization, with a percentage of 100% and 96.9%, respectively. Likewise, the evaluation of material experts is 100% which shows very valid criteria. The development of “seven in one” media in terms of practicality test stated practical to apply to students in grade V SD / MI based on several indicators, namely: ease, clarity, suitability, appearance, and attractiveness. Each obtained 87.1%, 87.1%, 89.2%, 90.8% and 90.85% percentages. Likewise the teacher's response to indicators of ease, clarity, suitability, appearance, and attractiveness. However, few qualitative studies have investigated teachers’ experience of teaching gross motor skill with obese children. The purpose of this present study is to explore the early childhood educators’ experiences of teaching gross motor skill children with obesity from six kindergartens in the Yogyakarta district. Nine teachers participated in this study. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. Data also were qualitatively analyzed using the phenomenological study with the Moustakas model. Four thematic categories emerged: positive perception; flexibility; diverse role, and barriers. Teachers described the feeling when teaching gross motor for obese children, the flexibility of gross motor teaching. Teachers also expressed how the role was used for obese children and having barriers faced by teachers. The research design of this study was a qualitative descriptive research. The description is based on the test made by the teacher or the final test question sheet applied by the teacher for the second year students of senior high school 1 Kutacane. To make it easy to analyse, rubric (the points about the syllabus and lesson plan) and interview were applied. In analyzing the data, the technique applied was a documentary analysis technique ( the final question sheet of English test made by the teacher) and was based on the curriculum as a benchmark to find out the validity of test questions made by the English teacher. Based on the results of research, it was foud out that 92% of questions made by teachers was valid and 8% was invalid. These results indicated that the questions made by the English teacher of state senior high school 1 Kutacane were mostly valid and were in accordance with the curriculum.
