Using genealogy approach and Foucaults’s power and knowledge, this paper explains about salafi’s hijab concept and its consequences on women’s life. One of salafi’s doctrine is hijab. Salafi women embracing hijab based on salafi’s rule as an ideal shape and type of hijab, although Islam does not establish the specific rules about it. This research reveals that hijab is related to the roles of women in public and domestic area. There are three forms of compliance. First, covering face with cadar and wearing black dresses are major principle. Second, men and women are forbidden to stay at a one place without covering. Third, staying at home for women is obligatory. At the end, the hijab has became source of domestication on women salafi. Hijab bagi perempuan di dalam Islam berarti ketundukan pada perintah Tuhan dan dalam taraf tertentu secara sosial menunjukkan kesalehan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan genealogi yang berfokus kepada pelacakan kekuasaan dan pengetahuan yang dikembangkan oleh Foucault. Tulisan ini melakukan pelacakan diskursus hijab pada perempuan salafi dan konsekuensinya. Salah satu ajaran paling utama dalam kelompok salafi adalah hijab. Perempuan salafi melaksanakan interpretasi hijab kelompok salafi sebagai tipe dan bentuk yang ideal meskipun Islam tidak secara spesifik menggambarkannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wacana hijab dijalankan perempuan salafi tanpa paksaan sehingga mereka selalu menempatkan dirinya di area domestik dan membatasi dirinya sendiri pada area publik. Ada tiga bentuk efek hijab yang membentuk kepatuhan. Pertama, menutup muka dan berpakaian berwarna gelap adalah sebuah keutamaan. Kedua, ikhtilat adalah haram. Ketiga, berdiam diri di dalam rumah adalah syariat. Social identity theory is chosen as a theoretical tool to understand the problem of this research. This research is a qualitative research by using symbolic interactionist approach. This approach focuses on the personal aspects of the subject of research aimed to identifying the emerging social dynamics associated with ethnic Chinese that living in Palembang in maintaining their social identity while interacting with other social identities. In looking at the relations of laborers and employers, some people often use the paradigm of slavery rather than the humanitarian paradigm.This research used theory of justice John Rawls’s as an approach in fighting for labor rights in the works system in Indonesia. Justice for Rawlsm defined as a combination of freedom and equality. Rawlsian’s theory of justice often refereed to as “liberal equality”, which emphasizes the justice as fairness aspect. This theory of justice used to offer a new alternative in correcting earlier theories of justice, such as utilitarianism and institutionalism that are perceived as failing in reducing errors to the paradigm of labor. This study showed that injustice in a social structure of society is more due to the loss of deep empathy associated with the argument of equality as a keyword in the conception of justice. Rawls offers the concept of justice as fairness that should be the main foothold in the struggle for equality of laborers in various aspects, especially concerning the fulfillment of rights, obligations, and welfare of life. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengubah paradigma tentang buruh yang selalu dipandang sebagai sekelompok masyarakat yang terbelakang dan tertindas. Dalam memandang relasi buruh dan majikan, sebagian orang seringkali menggunakan paradigma perbudakan daripada paradigma kemanusiaan (humanitarian paradigm) . Penelitian ini menggunakan teori keadilan John Rawls sebagai pendekatan dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak buruh dalam sistem kerja di Indonesia. Keadilan bagi Rawls, diartikan sebagai perpaduan antara kebebasan ( freedom ) dan kesamaan ( fairness ). Teori keadilan Rawlsian sering disebut dengan istilah “kesamaan-liberal”, yang menekankan pada aspek justice as fairness .Teori keadilan ini digunakan untuk menawarkan sebuah alternatif baru dalam mengoreksi teori-teori keadilan sebelumnya, seperti utilitarianisme dan institusionalisme yang dianggap gagal dalam mengurangi kesalahan terhadap paradigma buruh. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketidakadilan dalam sebuah struktur sosial masyarakat lebih diakibatkan oleh hilangnya rasa empati yang mendalam terkait dengan argumen kesetaraan (equality) sebagai kata kunci dalam konsepsi keadilan. This article uses library research. There are differences between Baduy Luar and Baduy Dalam, Baduy Luar tends to influenced by modernity, because they receive modernity product, such as technology, idea, and also institutions. In religiosity’ view, they are influenced by traditional religion. They accept modernity in technology form, such as transportation, television, the watch, clothes, etc. Tujuan tulisan ini mengeksplorasi tentang tiga jaringan makna yang menjadi teori Bernard Adeney-Risakotta, yaitu agama, modernitas, dan budaya nenek moyang pada masyarakat Baduy yang mempunyai pola sedikit berbeda, karena ada dua Baduy, yaitu Baduy Dalam dan Baduy Luar. Tulisan ini menggunakan analisa kepustakaan. Analisa didasarkan pengumpulan data sekunder berbasis kepustakaan yang dihimpun dari berbagai literatur yang mendukung. Masyarakat Baduy masih melaksanakan gotong royong, misalnya pada pembuatan rumah, panen, acara ritual atau berdo’a. Baduy Luar sudah terpengaruh pada modernitas, yaitu teknologi (televisi dan transportasi), institusi dan gagasan (ide). Tidak ada konfrontasi dari luar Baduy, karena mengedepankan kebersamaan dan saling menghormati. Baduy Luar masih memegang teguh budaya nenek moyang dengan patuh pada puun sebagai kepala suku. Mereka tetap memakai identitas sebagai masyarakat Baduy, yaitu pakaian yang merupakan ciri khas Baduy. Menurut Bernard, budaya nenek moyang bisa berupa kesetiaan pada nenek moyang, kepatuhan pada adat istiadat. Berbeda dengan Baduy Dalam dalam menerima tiga jaringan di atas. Baduy Dalam merupakan masyarakat yang menonjolkan budaya nenek moyang. Dalam hal modernitas, mereka sangat jauh dari yang telah didefinisikan oleh Bernard, baik dalam modernitas gagasan (ide) dan tehnologi. Madu FM community radio phenomenon is interesting to study because it is a community radio station that managed to grow in the midst contestation broadcasting. Community radio gets limitation restriction (restriction) of the state through the Broadcasting Act (Act No. 32 of 2002 on Broadcasting). Besides, the community radio still has to compete with the private radio and private television. Madu FM is able to adapt to circumstances without violating the rules. The result is a strategy of community radio broadcasting successfully innovate innovation so that it becomes exist. This research approach is qualitative approach with the method of observation and in-depth interviews. The study was conducted during the period from March to August, 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi penyiaran radio komunitas khususnya dalam kontes radio komunitas Madu FM di Tulungagung di Jawa Timur Indonesia. Fenomena radio komunitas Madu FM sangat menarik untuk diteliti karena merupakan stasiun radio komunitas yang berhasil tumbuh di tengah penyiaran kontestasi. Radio komunitas mendapat pembatasan pembatasan (pembatasan) negara melalui Undang-Undang Penyiaran (UU No. 32 Tahun 2002 tentang Penyiaran). Selain itu, radio komunitas masih harus bersaing dengan radio swasta dan televisi swasta. Madu FM mampu beradaptasi dengan keadaan tanpa melanggar peraturan. Hasilnya adalah strategi penyiaran radio komunitas berhasil berinovasi inovasi sehingga menjadi ada. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Penelitian dilakukan selama periode dari bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2016. JAT movement is a jihad movement with the aim of fighting for Islamic Sharia in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative deskriptif method in direct contact with the object under study. It gives a complete picture of the phenomenon of radical Islamic JAT movements that was religiously motivated and understand the process of dynamics and the purpose of the social change that they want. The radical changes that they expect was contradict with the regime in Indonesia. The government's refreshing action accompanies every step of the JAT jihadists. In fact, excessive force often carried out by the authorities to provide a deterrent effect. But such actions only lead to jihadist heroism and reinforce their beliefs. Two things should be explained in the JAT movement, firstly, JAT involvement in Aceh military training in 2010. This military training involved cross-tanzhim jihad in Indonesia. The alumnus of this training will form a new radical network affiliated with ISIS. Second, the influence of ISIS in Indonesia caused a split in JAT. For JAT jihadi that supports ISIS still survives under the leadership of Abu Bakar Ba'asyir and Aman Abdurrahman while those who refuse to join ISIS have to get out of tanzhim. Those who came out of JAT formed a new organisation with the name of Jamaah Anshorut Syariah (JAS) under the leadership of Muhammad Achwan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang menyorot gerakan Jamaah Anshorut Tauhid. Gerakan JAT merupakan gerakan jihad dengan tujuan memperjuangkan 214 Syariat Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptik kualitatif yang bersentuhan langsung dengan obyek yang diteliti. Memberikan gambaran utuh fenomena gerakan radikal Islam JAT yang bermotif agama dan memahami proses dinamika dan tujuan dari perubahan sosial yang hendak mereka wujudkan. Perubahan radikal yang mereka harapkan bertentangan dengan rezim di Indonesia. Tindakan refresif pemerintah mengiringi setiap langkah para jihadis JAT. Bahkan kerapkali kekerasan berlebihan dilakukan aparat untuk memberikan efek jera. Tetapi tindakan seperti ini hanya menimbulkan sikap heroisme jihadis dan semakin meneguhkan keyakinan mereka. Dua hal yang patut disorot dari gerakan JAT pertama, keterlibatan JAT dalam pelatihan militer Aceh tahun 2010. Pelatihan militer ini melibatkan lintas tanzhim jihad di Indonesia. Alumni dari pelatihan ini kelak membentuk jaringan radikal baru yang berafiliasi dengan ISIS. Kedua, pengaruh ISIS di Indonesia melahirkan perpecahan bagi JAT. Bagi jihadi JAT yang mendukung ISIS tetap bertahan dibawah pimpinan Abu Bakar Ba’asyir dan Aman Abdurrahman sedangkan yang menolak bergabung dengan ISIS harus keluar dari tanzhim . Relevant studies of community development should in line with higher educatin institutions throght the implementation of “Tridharma PT”, which consist of : education, research and service. However, there are some shifts of values occurring on the teenagers. The formulation of the problems in this study is that how social norm shifts occurred on the teenagers in Tanjung Pinan g. Then, this study also aims to investigate the forms of social norm shifts on the teenagers in Tanjung Pinang. This study was a Qualitative with a Case Study approach. The respondents were the teenagers who were raided by the Tanjung Pinang Public Order Agency in 2017. The data were collected through in depth interview and documentation. Then, the data were analyzed by using Miles and Hubermen’s model (1984) of qualitative analysis technique. The findings have showed that there were some shifts of social norm occurred on the teenagers in Tanjung Pinang. The teenagers have done so many violations of social norm in society like consuming alcoholic drinks, drugs, and committing free sex. These behaviors occurred because of two factors: internal and external factors. Kota Tanjungpinang merupakan salah satu kota yang berada di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang saat ini sedang berkembang, namun memiliki berbagai masalah terkait dengan pergeseran nilai yang terjadi pada generasi mudanya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu, Bagaimana pergeseran norma sosial yang terjadi pada remaja di kota Tanjungpinang. Sementara tujuan penelitian ingin melihat bentuk pergeseran norma sosial yang terjadi pada remaja di Kota Tanjungpinang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian Kualitiatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, Informan penelitian adalah remaja yang terjaring razia yang dilakukan oleh SATPOL PP Kota Tanjungpinang dalam kurun waktu tahun 2017, Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan teknik analisa data kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Hubermen (1984). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa telah terjadi pergeseran norma sosial dikalangan remaja Kota Tanjungpinang dimana mereka telah banyak melakukan pelanggaran norma sosial yang ada dimasyarakat, mulai dari adanya remaja yang mengkosumsi minuman berakohol, menggunakan narkoba, bahkan melakukan seks bebas. One of the mainstream media that is Tribun Jogja newspaper adopted the trend into its rubric called Citizen Journalism rubric. In practice, however, there is an enormous amount of preaching incompatible with the essential meaning of citizen journalism and the public space itself. Where it tends to be very flat and descriptive does not touch on the essence of the meaning of public space is the discussion process that prioritizes rational and critical debate and still apply the process of screening and editing by editors. This is in stark contrast to the spirit of the presence of citizen journalism that is free from any intervention, freely voicing opinions, interactivity, unlimited space, no competition between authors, and no strict detection of news content. Based on this assumption, this research will try to uncover how the existence of public space through Citizen Journalism rubric of Tribun Jogja in the period of one year since its presence which is from 2011 to 2012. Data obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation in the form of Citizen Journalism rubric in Tribun Jogja. Data analysis using three stages of discourse analysis on the news consisting of text analysis, social cognition, and social context. This study reinforces the fact that mainstream media is not a free and neutral channel, but a tool of dominant groups and also produces dominant ideologies. So put the rubric named citizen journalism into utopia. Recommendations for editors Citizen Journalism and Koran Tribun Jogja, should provide more news coverage space both in print and online editions, and submit the management of Citizen Journalism rubric to outsiders who have no direct ties with the media concerned, so that the dimension of independence can Achieved. Fenomena Citizen Journalism menjadi trend dalam dunia jurnalisme dan menjadi ruang publik baru bagi masyarakat. Salah satu media mainstream yaitu koran Tribun Jogja mengadopsi tren tersebut ke dalam rubriknya yang dinamakan rubrik Citizen journalism. Namun dalam prakteknya, terdapat banyak sekali kecenderungan pemberitaan yang tidak sesuai dengan makna hakiki dari citizen journalism dan ruang publik itu sendiri. Dimana cenderung sangat datar dan deskriptif tidak menyentuh pada esensi dari makna ruang publik yaitu pada proses diskusi yang megedepankan debat rasional dan kritis serta masih diberlakukannya proses penseleksian dan editing oleh redakturnya. Hal ini sangat kontras dengan semangat hadirnya citizen journalism yang bersifat bebas dari intervensi siapapun, menyuarakan pendapat secara leluasa, interaktifitas, tidak terbatasi oleh halaman (unlimited space), tidak ada persaingan antar penulis, dan tidak adanya penseleksian ketat terhadap konten beritanya.
