International cooperation in this area is based on and implemented through universal, regional international legal mechanisms, as well as bilateral treaties. The role of the United Nations in the normative, programmatic and expert support of cooperation between states on disaster risk reduction, as well as universal international organizations and conferences in the development of international legal regulators for countering emergency and crisis situations is considered. The analysis of the activities of international regional organizations on the international legal provision of emergency prevention, including in the arctic region, is carried out. These norms and documents indicate the readiness of most states of the modern world, parties to relevant international treaties, to jointly confront emergency situations at sea, eliminate their consequences and jointly carry out rescue activities, regardless of geopolitical and other interests. \u0000The legal relations that develop in the process of implementation and compliance with international legal norms and agreements in the framework of rescue activities, which is a dynamic and multifaceted area that requires constant adaptation and development in accordance with changing conditions and challenges, are considered. The influence of church statutes of the X–XI centuries on the further development of criminal justice in the Russian state is shown, articles of Russian Truth containing elements of modern criminal procedure are analyzed. The authors analyze the articles of the Pskov Court charter devoted to the types of courts and judicial evidence. Russian «Russian Law» has been concluded about the significance of these normative legal acts in the history of criminal procedure law of Ancient Russia, that the «Russian Law» contained norms regulating criminal procedural relations and became the legal basis for the compilation of the Russian Truth. Russian Truth, the key source of the criminal procedure law of Russia in the XI century, \u0000was formed as a result of the systematization of legal customs, the norms of the «Russian Law», and the reception of some norms of byzantine and ecclesiastical law.","PeriodicalId":518098,"journal":{"name":"LAW.
