In this aspect, international law, Russian law and standardization documents are analyzed. It has been revealed that these terms are used to refer to different legal concepts, and unjustified mixing is allowed. Based on an analysis of the legal nature of salvation as a complex of specific legal relations, its author's definition was formulated.
