Abstract

Measures to counter challenges and threats to collective security are revealed: the main results of the November (2023) session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The results of the session of the Collective Security Council of the Organization, held on November 23, 2023 in Minsk, are summarized. The priorities of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization during the presidency of Kazakhstan in 2024 are called.
