The article concludes that the problem of corruption, based on the dynamics of its growth, is not given enough attention, the activity of the law enforcement officer in reality has a number of significant limitations that are purely formal in nature. These circumstances together indicate the need to reform the criminal law and toughen responsibility for crimes in the field of bribery.","PeriodicalId":518098,"journal":{"name":"LAW. SAFETY.
