The study included 200 samples of 150 pregnant women and 50 controls from the Bint Al-Huda teaching Hospital and Al-Haboubi teaching Hospital in the Thi-Qar provainc. The presence of the GPO gene in urine samples by using the PCR used as an indicator for mycoplasma colonization of urinary tract of pregnant, then the species was detected by DNA sequencing. in this study Regarding the GPO gene most of the cases were carry mycoplasmas and majority of the control groups expressing the positive results so that there was no significant statistical differences where (p value = 0.069). The present results recorded that the presence of about 94% homology between studied samples with Ureaplasma urelyticium sequences. Twenty-one, 12 and 6 genetic variations of 16SrRNA gene were identified in Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma, ureaplasma urelyticium. Some variations were variably distributed in the majority of the studied samples. The study showed that the ureaplasma urelyticium.is an important cause of UTI in pregnant women in Iraqi population.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"94 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140476201","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

All animals were housed, breeding and adapted, and then only (50) virgin females were chosen. The animals subdivided into two groups, the first group was regarded as control, while the second group were treated with propylthiouracil (ptu) as a drug with a dose (0.05%) to induce hypothyroidism, then the females left mating and studied the changes after (14.5,16.5,18.5,20.5and 21.5) days post gestation. In this study, the results of ultra-structural changes in the thyroid gland from maternal rats and fetus with induced hypothyroidism and their fetus at each period of gestation were clarified with transmission electron microscopy; these changes included alteration in apical surface and cytoplasm of follicular cells that lining the thyroid follicles by Changes in shapes of microvilli. Like blebs and protrusions, also dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum, increased with lysosomes, and the empty vacuoles appeared more than the dense vesicles. In addition to that, there was an increase in mitochondria and golgi apparatus cisternae, the nucleus of follicular cell showed changes in their chromatin and irregular outlines and more cellular debris. Also, the pictures referred to the deposition of crystals from iodine salts in most follicular cells and the connective tissue showed thickening that separated thyroid follicles from rat fetus with induced hypothyroidism at (18.5) days post gestation. Biochemical results revealed to a significant increase in the mean concentration of (TSH)in all pregnant rats with hypothyroidism compared with control females, also there were a decreased in both (T3 and T4) hormones in the serum of pregnant rats in the hypothyroidism group compared to the control group, during each period of gestation (14.5,16.5,18.5,20.5 and 21.5) days. Levels of some oxidative enzymes (GSH and MDA) were also determined in this study; there was a significant increase in their concentration in serum of pregnant rats related to the hypothyroidism group compared with their concentration in the control group.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"154 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140484504","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Regarding fiscal policy, we focus on government spending and exclude taxes because the latter had not been used in the Kingdom as a fiscal tool during most of the study period. For monetary policy, we focus on money supply (i.e., open market operations) and exclude interest rate, because by following a fixed-exchange-rate policy to the US dollar, the Saudi Central Bank has lost some of its monetary independence to the Federal Reserve when it comes to setting interest rates. Our results show a statistically significant positive impact of government spending on economic growth and a statistically significant negative impact of unemployment on economic growth in the long run. Also, we find the effect of money supply and inflation on economic growth in the long run to be statistically insignificant. These results are consistent with economic theory and empirical research which show countries that follow a fixed-exchange-rate policy usually lose the effectiveness of their monetary policy. Finally, we recommend taking extra care not to overuse government spending as the only tool for growth: on one hand, government spending boosts growth and lowers unemployment, but on the other, it fuels inflation and increases the national debt if it happens to be deficit spending. Therefore, it is important for Saudi Arabia to be less dependent on government spending by diversifying its income resources, creating jobs in the private sector, and creating a stable and attractive business environment for domestic and foreign investments.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"335 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140484910","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through a correlational approach, the results showed a statistically significant correlation between organizational commitment and psychological stability, as well as occupational stress and psychological stability. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stability depending on the level of organizational commitment, as well as in professional stress, where the results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of stability. The results also indicated the possibility of predicting psychological stability through organizational commitment and professional pressures, with a reduced role for organizational commitment in explaining psychological stability. In contrast to occupational pressures, which had the highest share in explaining psychological stability.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"145 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140484529","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They exist as two distinct branches of law. Each branch has a different legal basis and origin. However, they share humanitarian ideals, and thus some areas of overlap appear in practice. The two systems share the responsibility for protecting the rights of human beings: Humanitarian law in times of armed conflict, and human rights law in times of peace and times of war as well. Because of this, in practice, it happens that the standards of international human rights law and international humanitarian law are applied simultaneously. At the same time, there are differences between these two legal systems that arise from the different circumstances involved in a state of war and a state of peace. Consequently, several questions arise regarding this relationship: Are the two branches mutually exclusive? Under what circumstances is humanitarian law applied, and how does this differ from the application of human rights law? What are the areas of overlap? What are the practical consequences of the legal problems resulting from the parallel application of the two legal frameworks? This paper does not aim to answer all of these questions, but rather its goal is to contribute to the current debate by presenting the similarities between human rights law and humanitarian law, areas of overlap, and situations of common application. We will also focus on the differences in this relationship, especially the differences in the field of protection guaranteed by legal standards, responsibility for violating the standards, as well as the exceptions allowed in implementing the standards. In one part of the paper, the principle of private law is applied in cases where one of the two branches is more specific in a concrete situation.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"1 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139523868","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the department, companies conduct recruitment and selection processes to ensure that they hire people with appropriate skills and other attributes to fit in workplace cultures. The study reviews the effects of e-recruitment on the performance of human resource units in multinational companies. Due to the rising utilization of modern technologies in organizational processes, e-recruitment has emerged as a way of using the Internet to identify suitable individuals to fill vacancies in companies. The benefits associated with e-recruitment include access to many candidates from different parts of the world, convenient communication between the company and job applicants, and lower advertising and information-sharing costs. The literature review in the report also indicates that recruitment processes in multinational companies transformed in recent years. The firms mostly use e-recruitment approaches to reach a large pool of candidates since attracting talent and persuading individuals to work in foreign countries can be challenging. The research will be based on surveys and experimental methods using questionnaires as data collection tools. The findings will illustrate the importance of e-recruitment in improving human resource departments’ capacity to select suitable candidates and reduce labour costs.","PeriodicalId":513336,"journal":{"name":"International Journal for Scientific Research","volume":"25 14","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139610716","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
