The study sample consisted of 32.8% of the study population consisting of (128 male and female students) enrolled in the master’s degree- at the College of Education- Taif University In the specializations of (educational leadership, pedagogy, educational policies, special education, curricula, teaching methods and educational techniques) in the second semester of the academic year 1444-1445 AH, and using the questionnaire tool, the research concluded the following: 1- That students use artificial intelligence to a high degree in all stages of research. 2- One of the most important problems in using artificial intelligence in research is related to reliability and security, and the lack of a clear policy for applying artificial intelligence in educational research. 3- One of the most important controls that students believed should be available (formulation The Artificial Intelligence Ethics Document, the establishment of the University Center for Artificial Intelligence Ethics, and the enhancement of cyber security skills for the educational researcher, while there are no statistically significant differences between the sample members in their responses to the questionnaire axes due to specialization and level While the most widely used artificial intelligence program in educational research was Chat GPT, it affected the reality axis without the rest of the axes. Among the most important recommendations reached by this study: establishing a university center for the ethics of artificial intelligence, drafting a document on the ethics of artificial intelligence in educational research, and adding it as a course for students. A descriptive design was used for this study. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire; 19 Nurses-Aids were interviewed (86% sample). The data were double entered, cleaned, and analyzed using excel. The problem this study aims to address is that in the past 7 years the medical staff at Boguila health center did not receive training for continuous professional development due to insecurity which caused a phase out of the international staff who were in charge of this task. 75% of the nursing staff in health center by which the survey has been conducted have between six and eight years of working experience suggested to have continuous professional development in terms of make the daily report, obstructed labor, management of patients with TB/HIV, pediatric dose calculations, use of computer and data management, anatomy and physiology, care of a pregnant woman at work, and sexual gender based violence management. This is done by learning about the concept of digital government, its elements, and its importance, and then learning about the foundations of implementing digital government in the United Arab Emirates. The role of the digital government in enhancing the position of the United Arab Emirates regionally and internationally as a center for technical progress and e-commerce, and knowing the position of the United Arab Emirates in the relevant global competitiveness indicators through the use of the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The contribution of the United Arab Emirates’ adoption of modern technology and its application to digital government in achieving the concept of leadership and innovation, and developing distinguished infrastructure, as the country has allocated large investments to support the information technology sector; This led it to become a regional center for information and communication technology services and industry, and created an attractive investment environment in the information technology sector, which enhanced the diversification of sources of income and increased the size of the gross domestic product and its dependence on non-oil sectors, as the percentage of increase in the gross domestic product reached 7.9%. Year 2022, these sectors, of all types, relied on a qualified infrastructure of technical development, which highlights the importance of the state adopting technical progress through digital government in supporting economic growth. Digital transformation in the United Arab Emirates also contributed to enhancing its competitiveness in the international system by occupying first place globally in 23 indicators in 2020 in multiple sectors, including communications, health, work, and residence, all of which fall within the digital transformation in the United Arab Emirates. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including the need to generalize the success of the United Arab Emirates’ experience in implementing the digital government project to Arab countries; this is due to the success of its application in the UAE and its role in facilitating and simplifying all procedures and services provided to customers. Its impact on reducing time and costs, and its role in attracting investments and promoting economic growth. Due to their significance in the healthy development of the embryonic brain. This study tried to concentrate on thyroid hormones, which depend on a steady supply of hypothyroidism; too little or too much of them can impair the fetus's neurological development. However, an imbalance in the thyroid gland increases the risk of complications during labor and delivery, including preterm birth, pre-eclampsia, and placental abruption. The purpose of the study was to determine if hypothyroidism during the first trimester of pregnancy affected the results of gland function tests or not. Two groups of 20 women were selected for the study: one group included 15 pregnant women with the afflicted condition, while the other group included 5 normal, non-pregnant women who were in the first trimester of their pregnancies. The hormones FT4, FT3, and TSH were all scrutinized. The model building steps were done easily by MATLAB program, which selected the learning algorithm and functions to training the network automatically, we determined the number of layers and decay, the data series were divided to three sets: training, validation, and testing set. Depend on values of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Correlation Coefficient between target values and output values (R), the best forecasting model was selected, that has least (MSE) and high value of (R).
