Experiments have revealed that during rough turning of the shafts, the magnitude of shaft deformation is 2.2-2.5 times greater compared to finish turning. The experiments were carried out at temperatures T=(278.15–343.15) K using a vibration densimeter and an Anton-Paar DSA 5000M sound speed meter with an error of Δu/u=0.1 m•s-1. The design should be carried out in such a way that the additional mechanical processing of the purchased parts and products is minimal. The tooling and technological scheme of the press-mold should be selected as might it be economically viable and the mechanical processing stakes are small. For these purposes, in this present study, the valve part of the high-pressure drilling pump НП-720х105, which is widely used in the oil and gas complex, was selected for theoretical and experimental investigations. With the help of the software, in order to ensure equal distribution of residual porosity in the samples, the optimal size and configuration of the samples were determined, and the inner and outer conical walls of the asymmetric samples were subjected to dynamic hot pressing. \"Valve seat\" and \"valve tray\" of the НП-720х105 high-pressure three-plunger pump were used for the experimental studies. From the conducted tests, it became clear that during the preparation of abrasive steels with high impact-abrasive corrosion resistance, it is necessary to thoroughly study the chemical and granulometric composition, structure, and strengthening process. Pumpjacks in the oil industry are exposed to extreme conditions such as high loads, corrosion, aggressive environments and high temperatures. The study of technological factors that affect the performance and aging of these pumpjacks shows the development of specialized materials, designs and maintenance methods adapted to such conditions. Regular repairs, replacements or breakdowns of pumpjacks can result in significant operating costs for oil companies. The study of technological factors affecting the aging and performance of pumpjack helps to optimize maintenance processes and prevent unexpected breakdowns, which leads to lower operating costs. The performance of pumpjacks in the oil industry is directly related to the safety of personnel and the prevention of environmental accidents. Non-compliance of technological factors with safety requirements can have serious consequences, including accidents and environmental pollution. It aimed to achieve the sustainable development goals of industrial systems at different hierarchical levels. These two areas complement each other and create a new integrated development vector for the sustainable development paradigm. In this case, it is very important to understand the concept of management well. Although in both industrial ecology and logistics material flow is studied from physical, environmental and socio-economic perspectives, in logistics it is from physical and socio-economic perspectives. Combining these two components and the foundations of the disciplines will create a new and sustainable basis for policies and mechanisms for the development of regions. The work studies the characteristics and develops fundamental solutions to design elements and the general configuration of the EHPA, which is part of the servo-hydraulic drive. The paper analyzes the device, operating principles, and basic requirements for EHPAs. A digital model is built and a basic version of an electromechanical converter (EMC) is tested to assess its electromagnetic and thermal state.
