For formation of accuracy operation programs was used by means of synthesis of technological primitives of the conformity table . The correlation was installed between automated draft of technological operations and conduct of their accuracy. With inclining trend of green energy transition in these countries as elsewhere, they have started to prioritize energy efficiency, as well as its development across sectors of national economies. The objective of this study is to demonstrate that energy efficiency is the key driver for development of economies as inefficient use of energy in all the sectors of the national economies impedes sustainable development and dynamic growth of national domestic product. The result of this study presents data reflecting actual structure of availability and use of energy resources, which allows to identify necessary resources for ensuring sustainable social and economic development. Different reported methods were devoted to heavy metal ions removal from various wastewater sources. These methods could be classified into adsorption-, membrane-, chemical-, electric-, and photocatalytic-based treatments. This article reviews and discusses these methods in terms of used agents/adsorbents, removal efficiency, operating conditions, and the pros and cons of each method. Generally, it was noticed that most of the recent studies have focused on adsorption techniques. Even though the chemical and membrane methods are practical, the large-volume sludge formation and post-treatment requirements are vital issues that need to be solved for chemical techniques. The driving performance of a vehicle is one of the most important qualities that ensures comfortable movement of the passenger, which also affects traffic safety. One way to achieve this goal is to use transmissions that provide continuously variable control. gear ratio. The Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) provides continuous shifting, changing the ratio between the input and output shafts within the desired range, which consequently improves fuel economy and vehicle performance by better matching engine operating conditions to changing road conditions. This article discusses the possibility of using composite transmissions - gear differential mechanisms closed by (CVT). Various schemes of composite transmissions are given. The produced samples consisted of three layers: 316L, 316L-5TiC, and 316L-10TiC (wt%). Microstructural evaluations revealed a homogeneous distribution of TiC particles in the matrix of the composite layers, with no cracks observed at the interfaces between layers, indicating a robust bond between the layers. Wear tests showed that the incorporation of TiC particles enhanced wear resistance, with the composite layer with 10 wt% TiC exhibiting the best wear resistance due to the hardness and reinforcing nature of TiC. Wear mechanisms included abrasive wear and fatigue wear due to fragmentation of TiC particles. A comparative analysis of gears of eccentric and spherical types with the same kinematic and comparable geometric parameters was carried out. The comparison criterion is kinetic energy. Dependencies were obtained to determine the kinetic energy for both types of gears on the gear ratio, angular velocity of the driving link and geometric parameters. An analysis was made of the works devoted to the contact of the cylinders of the printing apparatus, as well as to the ink transfer and division of the ink layer. The influence of the surface roughness of the printing plate on the thickness of the ink layer, which ensures the quality of prints, has been established. A technique has been developed for determining the thickness of the ink layer, consisting of two stages, taking into account the roughness of the surface of the printing plate. At the first stage, the thickness of the ink layer on the printing plate after rolling, but before contact, was determined, and at the second stage, the thickness of the ink layer was determined on the offset blanket (deckle) after contact between the plate and offset cylinders. The thickness of the ink layer on the surfaces of the cylinders of the printing apparatus was estimated by the gravimetric-weight method. To estimate the amount of ink, the printing plate was weighed three times - before applying ink, after applying ink - before contact and after contact with the deckle. The difference in weights made it possible to have an idea of the mass of paint on the surfaces of the cylinders. On the basis of the experimental results obtained by the proposed method, the values of the thickness of the ink layers on the plate (on the form) and on the offset cylinders (on the deckle) were determined, taking into account the surface roughness of the printing plate. It has been established that at high roughness values, the amount of paint increases, which increases the thickness of the ink layer. The obtained results of the thickness of the ink layer on the deckle make it possible to determine the technologically necessary thickness of the ink layer on the print, which is the main factor for ensuring print quality. Taking into account the values of the surface roughness of the printing plate, it is possible to determine the technologically necessary pressure in the contact zone of the cylinders, which is an important factor for ensuring the technologically necessary thickness of the ink layer on the print.
