This manifested in an increase in the number of automatic emergency shutdowns, the number and complexity of emergency-hazardous defects. Organization of operation, maintenance and repair of these facilities recommended carried out according to their technical condition. And since the technical condition determines the reliability and safety of the object, it is therefore recommended to take these properties into account more fully. These recommendations in the EES carried out at a high quality level, intuitively, according to operating experience.In this article, as distributed objects of continuous operation, overhead power transmission lines (OPTL) with a voltage of 110 kV and higher, the service life of which exceeds the standard value, are considered. The issues of quantifying the degree of significance of the aging problem for a set OPTL, their classification and methodology for assessing the difference in the degree of aging when classifying them according to given types of characteristics are considered. It is proposed to link the task of classifying vessels of this class with the classification of the subsea equipment they serve, in order to form the basic data of a perspective vessel. For this purpose, an analysis of function of subsea construction vessel was carried out and their design features were determined. Using the analysis performed, a first approximation evaluation of study effectiveness was carried out. The proposed foundation, compared to existing foundations, provides a decrease in amplitude and prevents the phenomenon of resonance of vibrations of foundations for machines and equipment creating savings in the use of cement-concrete material. There is considered mathematical, structural, and practical modeling of anti-vibration foundations of mechanical installations in this article. The purpose of the study is to create a foundation design that reduces the amplitude of oscillation of structures from various technical reasons and natural phenomena, prevents resonant phenomena, and economical use of foundation-reinforced concrete material. It is shown that data exchange interfaces have the greatest influence on the choice of the element base for the implementation of the control unit. In particular, the implementation of the Ethernet interface may cause the greatest difficulty. The organization of the transport and logical levels of exchange in Ethernet is much more complex than, for example, in the RS-485 interface widely used in automation systems. The results of modeling the power part of the control unit, made according to the bridge scheme, using algorithms for pulse voltage regulation on the armature winding of an electromechanical converter are presented. A step-up voltage converter has been introduced into the power unit, controlled synchronously with a bridge converter to reduce the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the information components of the control unit. Copper-based alloy, i.e., CuAl8, is widely used to repair marine structures and to make bearing overlays due to its excellent corrosion and wear resistance properties. This paper will give an insight into the multi-layer deposition of CuAl8 at different substrate orientations. As the high-illuminance conditions, 2856 K-2000 lux and 6504 K-2000 lux, which are in the range of illumination conditions used in spaces that highlight products such as show windows, were used. It was observed that people cannot generally perceive color differences in textiles smaller than 4.29 ΔE*ab. Also, the color difference threshold varied depending on the color center and lightness of the textiles observed. Color differences in red and blue colored textiles were easier to be perceived than other colored textiles, while those in yellow colored textiles were the hardest to be perceived. It was also found that people are generally better able to discriminate colors between dark textiles than between light textiles.
