Abstract
The paper discusses the basic requirements and provides calculations and results of modeling and simulation for an electronic control unit of an electrohydraulic power amplifier. It is shown that data exchange interfaces have the greatest influence on the choice of the element base for the implementation of the control unit. In particular, the implementation of the Ethernet interface may cause the greatest difficulty. The organization of the transport and logical levels of exchange in Ethernet is much more complex than, for example, in the RS-485 interface widely used in automation systems. The results of modeling the power part of the control unit, made according to the bridge scheme, using algorithms for pulse voltage regulation on the armature winding of an electromechanical converter are presented. A step-up voltage converter has been introduced into the power unit, controlled synchronously with a bridge converter to reduce the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the information components of the control unit. A dynamic model of a tracking system for regulating the position of the spool is investigated.
