Through bibliometric analysis spanning the last two decades, we investigate the evolution of the PCI method in both road and airport pavement contexts, exploring patterns of keyword co-occurrence, co-authorship, geographical distribution, and publication trends. Our findings reveal significant advancements in the PCI model and associated M&R strategies, largely driven by technological innovations. However, limitations are identified in current bibliometric analysis tools, such as Harzing's Publish or Perish, particularly concerning handling large datasets. Practical implications highlight the importance of integrating bibliometric analysis tools with automated big data handling to enhance research efficiency and reliability. Future research should focus on improving methodological integration to streamline the visualization of scientific network techniques with minimal effort and time investment.","PeriodicalId":505426,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering, Social and Health","volume":" 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140681145","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Research on TB-HIV treatment success, especially in DKI Jakarta province, is still limited. This study aims to assess the treatment success of tuberculosis patients who also have HIV co-infection through an analysis of the patient's sociodemographic and clinical characteristics. This cross-sectional study used secondary data from the Tuberculosis Information System (SITB) of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office from 2020 to 2022. We conducted a chi-square bivariate test, and for multivariate analysis, we used the Cox Regression with constant time at risk to provide Prevalence Rasio (PR). Out of 1902 patients with TB-HIV, the TB treatment outcome was successful in 73.29% (cured and completed treatment) and unsuccessful in 26.71% (failed, died, or lost to follow-up). There was a higher chance that TB treatment would work for people who got it in primary care (aPR: 1.16; 95% CI: 1.04–1.29) and those who got ART (aPR: 3.72; 95% CI: 1.20–11.55). Most patients had a successful treatment outcome, although it was below the target of 90%. Therefore, ensuring that such patients get monitoring in their treatment, especially in hospitals, and also get ART is important. It is crucial to strengthen and provide holistic support to ensure compliance and the success of TB and HIV treatment.","PeriodicalId":505426,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering, Social and Health","volume":" 927","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140682054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research examines human rights in sustainable family resilience. Vulnerable families generally result in divorce, domestic violence, and children living on the streets or abandoned. This research explores human rights and family resilience in Indonesia. However, in this context, human rights often become vulnerable. Problems such as gender discrimination, abuse of children's rights, and domestic violence can damage family resilience and destroy the basic rights of family members. Therefore, a strong understanding and protection of human rights is the key to building and maintaining family resilience. The method used in this research is literature review research. Research obtains literature sources from journals, books or articles. The research results show no urgency in dealing with family resilience problems. Meanwhile, Indonesia itself is a country that upholds human rights. A strong understanding and protection of human rights is key to building and maintaining family resilien.","PeriodicalId":505426,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering, Social and Health","volume":" 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140387284","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Significant Coronary artery disease (CAD) is defined by invasive coronary angiography as >50% stenosis of the left main stem, >70% stenosis in a major coronary vessel, or 30% to 70% stenosis with fractional flow reserve ?0.8. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of clinical likelihood CCS patients with site of significant coronary lesion based on pre-test probability (PTP) from demographic characteristics; risk factors; laboratory and echocardiography findings. This is a retrospective cohort study. We reviewed 60 medical records of clinical likelihood chronic coronary syndrome patients with positive inducible ischemia area from dobutamine stress echocardiography and significant CAD lesion from coronary angiography. The incidence of significant CAD in this population was 56.1%. There was a significant relationship between age > 65 years with the incidence of significant LAD lesion (23.3%, p = 0.019); significant LCx lesion (20%, p = 0.043). There was a significant relationship between PTP score ? 16% with significant LAD lesion (55.0%, p = 0.001); significant LCx lesion (45.0%, p = 0.031); and significant RCA lesion (40.0%, p = 0.050). Patients with age > 65 years have a higher incidence of significant LAD and LCx lesions. Patients with pre-test probability score ? 16% have a higher incidence of significant lesions across coronary branches, predominantly in the LAD.","PeriodicalId":505426,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering, Social and Health","volume":"24 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140264121","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Hybrid energy storage source arrangements are needed to increase operational duration and increase the range of combat robots. Integration of multiple devices with different characteristics requires the implementation of a PMS. Distribution of the load of a combat robot by solving a power management problem, formulated as a finite quadratic program (CQP). Optimization of parameters is carried out, such as speed, drag coefficient and operating point of robot components, which are then regulated by the PMS controller. Data information during robot maneuvering by the PMS is measured and takes into account power management issues during the control period. In this research simulation, variations in weight factor parameters are given to determine various difficulties, namely regenerative power management. The simulation results show that the combat robot power management control system is capable of optimally generating electrical power loads for all components. In another study, a comparison of CQP performance in power management is comparable to benchmark performance after being analyzed based on nonlinear model predictive control.","PeriodicalId":505426,"journal":{"name":"Asian Journal of Engineering, Social and Health","volume":"21 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140264144","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
