Enhancing security is vital due to threats such as illegal immigration, transnational crime, smuggling, trafficking, terrorism, and refugees threatening Indonesia's sovereignty. The Directorate General of Immigration's strategic planning focuses on achieving security stability through immigration. This research aims to determine the border security strategy implemented by the Directorate General of Immigration against state security threats using the immigration security index. This study employs a qualitative approach, including interviews, observations, and document analysis, to examine the achievements of the immigration security index and explore the implementation of border security strategies. The immigration security index serves as a performance indicator to detect and prevent threats within immigration functions. Key elements of this index include intelligence, investigation, Immigration Administrative Action (TAK), supervision, complaints, and prevention, which are all influenced by border conditions. The measurement results from this index provide insights into the effectiveness of the Directorate General of Immigration's strategies and guide policy formulation for enhancing border security. On the other hand, cryptocurrencies are included in the list of commodities that can be used as the subject of Futures Contracts traded on the Futures Exchange because, from their use, it is expected to make a positive contribution to futures trading in Indonesia. These two contradictory things of cryptocurrency regulation are then faced with a phenomenon called cryptocurrency-based TPPU. This study uses a descriptive method combined with a qualitative approach. The data in this study is primary data sourced from the results of interviews and data from the Metro Jaya Police, and the secondary data used to support the research is literature in the form of books, research journals and online scientific journal data. The data that has been collected is analyzed by data reduction methods and triangulation techniques. The location of the research is the Metro Jaya Police and the University of Indonesia Library. With technological advancements, mobile applications have become a potential educational tool to improve adolescents' understanding and skills in P3K. This study aims to determine the influence of mobile application-based education on improving adolescent knowledge and skills in providing first aid in accidents. This study uses a pre-experiential method with a one-group pretest-posttest design without control. The sample of this study was 30 students selected using proportional random sampling. The adolescent knowledge and skills were measured before and after the intervention using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in knowledge and skills of first aid in accidents (P3K) with p-value = 0.000. This shows that the use of mobile applications is effective in improving students' knowledge and skills about first aid in accidents (P3K). Mobile application-based education has proven to be effective in improving adolescents' knowledge and skills regarding P3K. The data used is sourced from secondary data and collected from BPR's financial statements published on the Financial Services Authority (OJK) website during the 2014-2023 period. The population in this study is all rural banks as many as 1,402 rural banks and the number of samples is 312 rural banks spread throughout Indonesia. Determination of samples by the Slovin method by proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study that the liquidity risk ratio, credit risk and capital ratio in predicting financial distress can be used with an accuracy rate of 95.90%. Electricity sales increased from 125.49 TWh in the first half of 2021 to 133.87 TWh in the first half of 2022. To maintain power balance and support energy consumption growth, additional power plants are integrated according to the RUPTL. This research aims to anticipate the increase in short circuit levels for both single-phase to ground and three-phase faults at the Extra High Voltage Substation due to new power plants, ensuring the short circuit level remains below 40 kA, in line with equipment standards. This prevents the costly replacement of 500 kV transmission system equipment. Using the Digsilent application, the study models the existing system, maps the N-1 contingency, and calculates the short circuit levels after the integration of power plants from 2023 to 2028. The results identify the type and optimal location of fault current limiters. Installing these limiters is expected to reduce the short circuit level by 5%, avoiding the need to replace transmission and substation equipment rated at 40 kA. This can be mitigated through the implementation of an effective patient scheduling system, such as an online or web-based scheduling system. However, such systems are not widely utilized and have not received significant attention in Indonesian healthcare services, especially in public healthcare services. This study aims to identify the advantages of an online reservation system and determine the influential factors for developing an effective outpatient scheduling system for patients. A literature review was conducted using a systematic approach, searching through databases such as PubMed, ProQuest, and Scopus for publications from the past 5 years. The initial search using keywords \"online reservation\" OR \"web-based reservation\" OR \"appointment system\" AND \"outpatient\" AND \"waiting time\" AND \"hospital\" yielded 85 relevant literature sources. The PRISMA framework was then applied to narrow down the selection to 9 relevant literature sources, which were reviewed in-depth. The findings revealed numerous advantages of implementing an online scheduling system, including increased patient satisfaction, enhanced patient-centeredness, reduced patient absences, decreased workload for doctors and medical staff, among others. This review suggests that there are numerous advantages to implementing online or web-based reservation systems, as well as various types of online scheduling systems that can be applied and implemented in healthcare services. The 500 kV Cikande Extra High Voltage Substation (GITET) and its 150 kV Outlet are one of the infrastructures that will be built by PT PLN (Persero) with an operational target in accordance with the General Plan for the Provision of Electricity (RUPTL) for 2021 – 2030 in 2025. To be able to carry out the infrastructure development, PT PLN (Persero) needs to prepare a large enough investment fund so that it is necessary to carry out a financial feasibility analysis at the time the investment will be carried out, but the financial feasibility analysis currently carried out still uses a deterministic method, where the input parameters used in the calculation of financial feasibility have not considered the element of uncertainty/risk that will affect the output of the calculation of the financial feasibility study. In this study, the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PbP) values will be tested against the required investment value by simulating changes in several input parameters simultaneously using the Monte Carlo method. However, like any surgical procedure, knee arthroplasty also carries a risk of complications. The risk of complications in elderly patients undergoing knee arthroplasty is generally higher than in younger patients. This study aimed to conduct a systematic review of the literature to assess complication rates in elderly patients undergoing knee arthroplasty. This research used a systematic literature review (SLR) method following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Data were collected by conducting a literature search in electronic databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that patients over 80 years of age had a higher incidence of morbidity and mortality compared with younger patients after undergoing knee arthroplasty, including revision surgery. Elderly patients had a higher rate of medical complications after knee arthroplasty, as well as longer hospital stays. The higher complication rate in elderly patients compared to younger patients can be explained by several main factors, including decreased physiological function, comorbidities, and limited medication options.
