Quantitative methods with a descriptive approach were used in this study. All BPJS health participants who received treatment at Prof. Hospital under Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto became the study population. The results showed an influence between the perception of vulnerability, perception of severity, and perception of vulnerability on the behavior of BPJS health participants in utilizing health services. Utilization of BPJS Health Services Reviewed from the Public Perception
