Este estudo visou sintetizar e caracterizar nanopartículas de prata usando extratos de folhas e colmos da espécie Guadua aff. lynnclarkiae Londoño, nativa do Acre. As nanopartículas de prata (AgNPs) sintetizadas apresentaram morfologias distintas para cada extrato, permitindo comparações em termos de tamanho e forma. As análises, incluindo UV-Vis, Microscopia Eletrônica de Transmissão (MET), Espalhamento de Luz Dinâmico (DLS), Espectroscopia no Infravermelho por Transformada de Fourier (FTIR) e Potencial Zeta, revelaram que as AgNPs do extrato de folhas exibiram forma esférica e tamanho menor, enquanto as do extrato de colmos mostraram partículas maiores, multi-geminadas e esféricas, formando pequenos grupos. Essas diferenças contribuem para a ampliação da banda de plasmom e para a característica multimodal do histograma de distribuição de partículas, destacando a superioridade física e a melhor estabilidade coloidal das nanopartículas obtidas com extrato de folhas de Guadua aff. lynnclarkiae Londoño.","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"19 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139848673","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research aimed to analyze the dynamics of deforestation from different land uses, from the perspective of the influence of public policies and economic interests in the territory of Pará. For this purpose, analyzes of deforestation were carried out in three municipalities, considering the main economic activities of the state (mining, live-stock, and soy).","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"28 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139795814","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In laboratory total length, total weight and macroscopic analysis of gonads. We analyzed 195 specimens of M. ancylodon distributed in 20 males and 175 females. The individuals examined ranged from 9.80 cm to 40.10 cm in total length and 7,93g to 515,65g in total weight. The population structure showed a higher incidence of capture (54.36%) in the class interval of 25.8 cm to 29.8 cm. The species showed negative allometric growth, with a significant difference between the sexes. The sex ratio showed a predominance of females, especially in the upper total length classes. The condition factor indicated the highest peak from May to August and the lowest from November to February. The L50 was estimated at 19.69 cm to 21.97 cm for males and females. The large percentage of individuals into mature stages found in the estuarine complex of the bay of São Marcos infer to an extended period of spawning and justifies the breeding ecological relevance of this environment. The parameters presented in this research must be taken into consideration for the management of this resource, considering the high level of exploitation of the species by artisanal fishing carried out on the coast of Maranhão.","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"145 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139855507","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to assess the viability and agronomic efficiency of the inoculant Grammy Crop® Liquid (Azospirillum brasilense) applied to wheat crops as seed treatment. Four experiments were installed in regions with different edaphoclimatic conditions, namely Lapa, Porto Amazonas, Ponta Grossa, and Palmeira, Paraná State, Brazil. A randomized block design was used, with nine treatments and four replications. Treatments were as follows: untreated control; 50% nitrogen (N) requirement; 100% N requirement; Nitro 1000 (reference treatment); Grammy Crop® Liquid at 50, 100, 150, and 200 mL 40 kg−1 seed; and Grammy Crop® Peat at 100 g 40 kg−1 seed. Root and shoot fresh and dry weights were evaluated at 35 days after emergence, chlorophyll index at stem elongation and heading, and grain yield and N content after harvest. Grammy Crop® Liquid at 150 and 100 mL 40 kg−1 seed increased shoot fresh weight in crops grown in Porto Amazonas and Palmeira, respectively. At all sites, the chlorophyll index was higher in plants treated with Grammy Crop® Liquid. Furthermore, Grammy Crop® Liquid increased grain yield by more than 20% in all experiments. N content was also higher at all sites in plants treated with one of the four rates of Grammy Crop® Liquid. It is concluded that Grammy Crop® contributed to improving wheat development and yield.","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"20 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139441468","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the determination of the biotypes, whiteflies were collected in different host plants during 2016 in 21 cities of the state of Paraná, and molecular biology techniques were used for the analysis of the samples. Total insect DNA extraction was performed with Chelex® 100 resin, followed by PCR amplification of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase 1 (mtCOI) gene region. The PCR products were sequenced and analyzed with Mega 7.0.21 software along with the ClustalW2 site. The dendrogram of the samples generated along with the patterns of the other species showed a clustering of all the samples with those of the MEAM1 species (biotype B), being the only species found in the studied regions. The identity of the nucleotides among the whiteflies ranged from 96.94% to 100%. Biotype A was not found in regions where it was previously occurring, probably due to the MEAM 1 species. The whiteflies of the MEAM 1 species (biotype B) were found in 14 different plant species. These results are important in the current scenario of Paraná and could contribute to better efficiency in the management of this pest.","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"25 19","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139443077","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Su producción en cautiverio no fue viable económicamente y el abandono de la producción promovió la liberación accidental o deliberada de diversos ejemplares. Estos organismos llegaron a ambientes naturales y seminaturales, proliferan y se dispersan exitosamente. Durante febrero-mayo 2019, se aplicó un protocolo de erradicación de especies exóticas invasoras en la zona baja de la cuenca del Río Santa Lucía (Canelones, Uruguay). Se registraron ejemplares de A. catesbeiana en siete cuerpos de agua artificiales ubicados en cuatro establecimientos rurales. Los sitios fueron aislados con una cerca de 1 m de altura para contener la dispersión de adultos y juveniles. El plan de erradicación presentó tres etapas: 1) gestión de autorizaciones y permisos de acuerdo al marco legal de Uruguay, 2) definición de criterios para la selección de sitios de intervención y 3) aplicación y evaluación de técnicas de control recomendadas en la bibliografía publicada. Se analizan los costos de la aplicación del mencionado plan y se determina la eficiencia de las cuatro técnicas de control aplicadas, los estadios fenológicos, épocas del año y el número de ejemplares capturados por cada metodología. De las cuatro técnicas evaluadas, la red de arrastre resultó el método más eficiente (ejemplares capturados/costos aplicación). Para replicar las técnicas de erradicación, se recomienda la integración de todos los métodos aplicados, así como evaluar nuevos.","PeriodicalId":505312,"journal":{"name":"DELOS: DESARROLLO LOCAL SOSTENIBLE","volume":"32 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139442861","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
