The population in this study was 80, and 14 companies were from Indonesia and Thailand. The sample was selected using the Purpose Sampling method, totaling 130 and 9 companies for Indonesia and Thailand. The research results in Indonesia prove that firm size and growth positively and significantly affect earnings management. The firm age has a negative and significant effect on earnings management, while institutional ownership and leverage have no significant effect on earnings management partially. The methodology adopted for this study is that initiated by the Decentralized Rural Electrification Office (BERD), which consists of evaluating the potential by measuring hydrological and energy parameters using topographical tools such as: the telescope on a tripod, the GPS, graduated ruler, tape measure, float, etc. These parameters allowed us to choose the electromechanical equipment adaptable to the installation site of the hydroelectric power station and the determination of the dimensions of the loading basin.\u0000At the end of this study, we obtained the following results:\u0000For the evaluation of the potential: the available flow (41.81 m3/s), the reserved flow (3.35 m3/s), the equipment flow (38.26 m3/s), the gross head (45m), gross power (16.889 MW), net head (40.5m), useful power (11.628 MW);\u0000For sizing: the diameter of the penstock (550 cm), the type of turbine is Francis, the frequency of the turbine (100 rpm), the type of generator is vertical synchronous, the number of groups (2) , the efficiency coefficient of the generator (96.1%), the length of the active steel of the stator (33 cm), the power of the chosen transformer (10 MW), the weight of the transformer (23.8 tonnes), the output voltage (35 kV), the length of the charging basin (44 m), the width (27.5 m) and the height (16.5 m).\u0000The calculated installed power was compared to that of another study which led to a difference of almost 10%.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Evaluation, energy potential, sizing, equipment, power plant, Guinea.

NSSI has been linked to a number of negative consequences, also increase the risk of suicide in the future. The points of this study is to explore different sorts of NSSI as well as their functions in a community test of adolescents and young adults in west Sumatera, Indonesia. \u0000Methods: This cross-sectional study involved 96 participants selected by purposive sampling who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The diagnosis of NSSI was based on the Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Disorder Scale (NSSIDS) and the Inventory of Self-Injury Statements (ISAS). The statistical program, SPSS version 29.0, was used for analysis.\u0000Results: The mean age of onset was 15.91±3.37; the typical approach for NSSI is hair pulling (91.7%). There is a significant correlation between ages of onset and the frequency of some NSSI function: cutting (p=0.04, rs=0.21), scratching (p<0.01, rs=-0.28), and interfering wound healing (p=0.03, rs=-0.21). For the duration of the craving and the self-harming act, we find significant differences in biting frequency (p=0.05). In terms of the NSSI function, affect regulation gained the highest score 3.27±1.77. Ages of onset and frequency of affect regulation are significantly positively correlated (p= 0.03, rs = 0.22). Gender did not significantly affect how the NSSI functioned.\u0000Conclusions: NSSI is rather common, happen in a variety of ways but hair pulling is the most common type, and starts at a reasonably young age, in general doing NSSI functions to regulate affect.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Non-suicidal; Self-injury; Adolescents; Young adults
