Green economy not only covers aspects of economic growth, but also places the importance of environmental preservation and social empowerment as the main focus. These principles are the aim of the research to form a strong basis for building an economic model that not only provides long-term benefits for society and the environment, but also strengthens overall economic fundamentals in a sustainable way in Indonesia. VAR (Vector Autoregression) in the context of econometric analysis is a statistical method used to model the relationship between several time-series variables in research conducted. VAR analysis shows that result The VAR estimation results highlight the contribution of the Green Economy variable to Economic Fundamentals. GDP is mainly influenced by Greenflation and Green Consumption, indicating the significant impact of environmental inflation and green consumption. Green Credit is also influenced by these two factors, while Greenflation is influenced by GDP and Green Consumption. IRF analysis reveals variable responses to change, highlighting the importance of response stability in the medium to long term. In the Green Economy model, GDP growth and green consumption are the main pillars, driven by increased Green Consumption and Green Credit. The analysis results confirm the importance of adopting environmentally friendly practices in driving sustainable economic growth, in line with previous findings highlighting the positive impact of green technology and sustainable practices. Characterized by the progressive degradation of articular cartilage, formation of osteophytes, subchondral bone damage, and synovial membrane inflammation, OA's pathogenesis is multifactorial, involving inflammation, oxidative stress, and cellular aging, alongside contributors like obesity, gender, and genetics. Presently, therapeutic options remain limited to symptomatic relief, with interventions such as physiotherapy, pain management with anti-inflammatories, and viscosupplementation, culminating for many in total joint replacement surgeries, albeit with risks of thrombosis, infection, and increased healthcare costs.\u0000In recent years, mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have emerged as a promising avenue for OA treatment due to their immunomodulatory, chondrogenic, and regenerative properties. Derived from various sources like bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord tissue, MSCs offer potential in tissue repair and regeneration. Clinical studies have surged, with 227 registered trials on clinical.gov, reflecting growing interest in MSC therapy for OA. Particularly intriguing is the focus on MSC secretome, encompassing cytoprotective factors like growth factors, chemokines, cytokines, and hormones, which exert paracrine effects aiding differentiation, matrix synthesis, angiogenesis, tissue repair, and immunomodulation. Understanding the role of MSC secretome holds promise in reshaping OA management paradigms, offering avenues beyond symptomatic relief towards disease modification and joint preservation healing properties.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Osteoarthritis, Joint Disease, Cartilage regeneration; Secretome; Stem cells.","PeriodicalId":504363,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Research and Review","volume":"31 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141349096","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

If traditional markets are physical markets that require sellers and buyers to meet face to face, then e-commerce is a market where all transactions are carried out online without sellers and buyers having to meet. This causes many business people to do their marketing via the internet and generate sales, hence the emergence of online stores (electronic commerce). Shopee is one of the most used and visited e-commerce sites in Indonesia. In the first quarter of 2023, Shopee e-commerce was ranked first among the first visitors compared to other e-commerce. In this regard, researchers are interested in conducting research with the title determinants of customer loyalty (Case Study of Shopee e-commerce). The type of research used is research with a conclusive design, namely a type of inferential research which aims to test a certain hypothesis, either through in-depth research into a problem (descriptive) or looking for relationships between variables (correlative) between the independent variable and the dependent variable.
