Difficulty establishing relationships may be reason of loneliness in these children, meanwhile the experience of loneliness may also be affected by diversity of them, as cognitive function, self-perception, social awareness, and ability to understand emotional states. The loneliness and diversity of the children can be main cause for their isolation by others. To explore these concepts, we present findings from the extant literature, study materials regarding how the family of children with ASD live various situations.\u0000ASD is a difficult condition to understand even for families who experience this condition firsthand. As individuals in society encounter a different situation that they do not know, children's different behaviors may cause them to be afraid, hesitant and angry. For this reason, families should go shopping, eat out and participate in many activities in society with their children, both to educate their children about appropriate behavior in social environments and to change the society's attitudes towards different individuals, in a way to educate the society about different individuals (Siff Excorn, 2005).; Wall, 2010).\u0000The potential negative impacts of isolation by other children and adults, also family factor is discussed. The study concludes with suggestions for prevention and intervention to facilitate social relationships and thereby reduce the potential for development of isolation and other negative outcomes.\u0000\u0000Keywords: autism spectrum disorders, isolation, loneliness, social relationships

Selenium (Se) is a crucial micronutrient that plays a vital role in human health. The involvement of Se in the production of natural antioxidants is extensively documented, and a notable decrease in Se levels has been observed in women with PE. The significance of Se as a vital trace element is connected to its function as selenocysteine in several selenoproteins, such as antioxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidases (GSH-Pxs), thioredoxin reductases (TrxRs), and selenoprotein P (SePP). These enzymes provide protection to tissues against the harmful impact of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and other naturally occurring byproducts of cellular metabolism that are involved in DNA damage and have the potential to cause mutations, cell death, and the development of cancer. Insufficient levels of Se in the body and decreased activity of antioxidant enzymes during pregnancy lead to oxidative stress in tissues, which increases the risk of premature birth, miscarriage, preeclampsia, and intrauterine development retardation. Due to the strong reliance of placenta growth on oxygen levels, unregulated production of ROS is likely to be harmful. Notwithstanding these discoveries, the significance of Se and Se-dependent enzymes in pregnancy is still a subject of debate. The purpose of this review is to investigate the relationship between selenium (Se) levels during pregnancy and negative consequences. The effects associated with reduced antioxidant activity and elevated oxidative stress will be emphasized.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Selenium, Preeclampsia, Pregnancy, Oxidative Stress

The work of said evaluation presents a model for evaluating the economic performance of market gardening and rice farms on the economic performance of agriculture, drawing inspiration from the two unions in this prefecture. This work focuses on the multi-component approach to economic performance using the combination of ten (10) indicators structured into four components (economic and financial viability, independence, transmissibility and efficiency) whose judgment reference is based on the maximum possible performance score. As part of the proposed economic analysis, it is based on version 4 of the Farm Sustainability Indicator Method (IDEA). The application of this economic performance model of the UGMK and the NERICA union is based on ten (10) market gardening groups and nine rice growing groups. This evaluation extends to the level of the members of the different groups numbering three hundred and eighty-three (383) including three hundred and thirty (330) women, fifty-three (53) men and two hundred and fourteen (214) young people, we making it possible to identify the realities of economic vulnerability and the situation of fragility differentiated between groups of different unions and opens the vision to a renewal of the analysis of groups (healthy and failing) which is regularly implemented in this rural environment. The results obtained in relation to the maximum possible score of 100 points are as follows:\u0000The union of Kankelen market gardening groups presents the following results: the economic performance scores of the seven (7) groups are greater than or equal to 50% and those of the three (3) others are less than 50%. Hence this union is economically efficient with an average score of 60.42%.\u0000For the NERICA union, also presents the following results: five (5) groups present scores greater than or equal to 50% and those of the four (4) other groups are less than 50% so this second union is also economically efficient with a average score of 59.72%.\u0000This work made it possible to know the economic performance of these unions through their groups in the prefecture of Faranah, Republic of Guinea.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Economic performance, Exploitation, market gardening, Rice farming, viability, Sustainability, Guinea.
