Organisational citizenship behaviours in the educational context in the study of Z. Donglong, et al. (2020) [1], there are other characteristics of lecturers. The 3 main tasks of university lecturers include research, teaching, and serving students. The quality of lecturer’s teaching and student service may depend on their enthusiasm, or willingness to participate, but these cannot be found in official job descriptions. Other tasks such as participating in department activities or spending private time with students are typical examples of off-duty behavior of lecturers. Therefore, university lecturers' organisational citizenship behaviours can be an important indicator for evaluating the quality of job performance. It is critical to understand the factors that motivate faculty to engage in activities beyond the requirements of their job role. This article presents the findings of a survey involving 165 young entrepreneurs embarking on businesses using the community-based tourism model and 200 tourists who visited and experienced community-based tourism models in Ha Giang province. The research reveals that the most significant challenge in developing the community-based tourism model in Ha Giang province is the complex legal registration procedure, followed by a lack of knowledge in strategic management and financial accounting. Key factors influencing community-based tourism development in Ha Giang province include the appeal of the tourist destination, the active involvement of local residents in community tourism activities, destination accessibility, and the knowledge and skills of the local population. The management of water resources against the impact of saline intrusion is important and necessary in today's context. The study conducted an assessment of changes in state management policies in the context of salinity intrusion in Soc Trang province in the period 2010-2020 based on principle 7, section a general assessment framework. Secondary data were collected through the government communication portal of Soc Trang province portal, while primary data was obtained through the Key Informant Panel (KIP) on state management of natural disaster prevention and control. The findings show that Soc Trang province has issued state management policies for the prevention and control of saline intrusion during periods of severe salinity, which has solved the problem of negative impact on agricultural production of the province. In addition, local people affected by saltwater intrusion receive support from the state budget to help reduce difficulties caused by saltwater intrusion. However, this method is affected by the environment. Identification based on DNA barcoding results the high accuracy at the species level. In this study, the authors amplified and compared the two chloroplast DNA regions (rbcL and matK) and the nucleus region (ITS) of 3 lines of Tay Giang citronella. The obtained sequences of each gene were similar between the three lines of Tay Giang citronella, indicating the 3 lines of Tay Giang citronella had the same origin. Compared with other Cymbopogon species, rbcL showed 1 polymorphism, matKshowed 10 polymorphisms, and 40 polymorphisms were found in the ITS sequence. However, these DNA barcodes were not enough to accurately identify Tay Giang citronella. This source of bacteria is widely used in the treatment of wastes containing highly insoluble phosphorus. This study determined the suitable factors for the fermentation of chicken waste to make liquid microbial organic fertiliser using two strains of bacteria Bacillus subtilis L16 and B. amyloliquefaciens L26 with the following conditions: the rate of breeding 5% v/v (with the density of 108 CFU/ml, ratio of 2 bacterial strains is 50-50), pH 7, temperature 30oC for 8 days. The quality of liquid microbial organic fertiliser from chicken waste meets the QCVN 01-189/BNNPTNT criteria with an organic substrate content of 30.66%, bio-available phosphorus of 1.57%, the density of Bacillus bacteria reached 5.55x109 CFU/ml, and no Salmonellaand Escherichia coli causing disease. In this study, the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of several fractions from L. indica were screened by assessing the inhibitory capacity of nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells and the DPPH scavenging activity. Through screening steps, the chloroform extract exhibited extraordinary inhibition on NO synthesis, whereas the ethyl acetate singly showed a remarkable capacity to neutralise the DPPH radical. Bioactivity-guided isolation led to the identification of six compounds from the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts, including pentadecanoic acid (1), lupeol (2), vanillin (3), 5-hydroxy-3ʹ,4ʹ,7-trimethoxyflavone (4), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), acacetin-7-O-β-D-rutinoside (6). Only compound (5) exhibited notable interruption in NO synthesis (IC50=13.86±1.10 μM) and simultaneously neutralised DPPH radical (IC50=26.93±0.10 μM). This study suggests that compound (5) as well as the chloroform and ethyl acetate extracts could be potential in preventing inflammatory diseases mediated by excessive production of NO.
