The study also discovered that the seniority factor does not affect labour productivity in textile and garment enterprises. 摘要

本研究的目的是分析越南纺织服装企业劳动生产率的影响因素。通过SPSS 26软件对越南纺织服装企业165名员工的调查数据进行处理,然后进行描述性统计、EFA分析、回归分析。研究结果表明,在五个因素中,影响越南纺织服装企业员工工作生产率的因素有四个,分别是劳动力成本、人力资源政策、工作压力和科学技术。其中,对越南纺织服装企业劳动生产率影响最大的因素是劳动力成本,其次是人力资源政策、工作压力和科学技术。研究还发现,工龄因素并不影响纺织服装企业的劳动生产率。同时,本研究也为越南纺织服装企业的管理者在未来提高劳动生产率提出了一些解决方案。
