This is the result of the consistent and coherent viewpoint of President Ho Chi Minh and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on the military’s participation in production and economic construction. Participating in production and economic construction is one of the three functions and tasks of the military. Besides the mission of fighting and being ready to fight to protect the country, maintain national defence and security, the military is increasingly asserting its role and position in the economic field. The military’s participation in economic construction not only contributes to socio-economic development, but also enhances the military’s fighting capability and strengthens national defence. In the current industrialization and modernization of the country, the military's participation in economic construction combined with national defense has become more diverse and richer. The ultrasonic vibrating membrane (UVB) used for the transducer is investigated to ensure that there are no cracks in the material structure. These parameters serve as the basis for evaluating the quality of the ultrasonic vibrating membrane in the fabrication of an oscillator for ultrasonic transducer welding (USTW). The ultrasonic power generator (USPG) is made of high-frequency components and power components to supply electrical oscillations to the UVB. This vibrating source must be compatible with the USTW to operate at maximum efficiency. Due to the influence of the manufacturing process and USTW usage environment, after operating for a long time, the resonant frequency (fr) will be changed. Therefore, the USPG needs to monitor the frequency of the USTW automatically. Matching the impedance of USTW and USPG is very important to get the most out of USPG power. The fabrication results show that the use of high-resolution timer to generate the control frequency for USPG achieves high accuracy, with the largest error of 0.006% at 18401.12 Hz when surveyed in the range of 18 to 22 kHz. The parameters of control signal delay between two phases and pulse width also give very good results. To extract and obtain a high content of polyphenolic compounds from areca nuts (Areca catechu L.), the study utilised a surface response methodology to assess the impact of various technical factors such as solvent concentration (X1), solvent-to-material ratio (v/w) (X2), and soaking time (hours) (X3) on the yield of polyphenolic compounds (Y) extracted from areca nuts. The study’s results yielded a model describing the extraction of polyphenolic compounds from areca nuts using the objective function Y = 80.64 + 3.10X1 - 1.27X3 - 6.00X12 - 3.66X22 - 5.07X32. Based on the objective function, the highest polyphenol content obtained was 80.72 mg GAE/g of raw material under the following conditions: ethanol solvent concentration of 55%, solvent-to-material ratio (v/w) of 35/1, and soaking time of 2 hours. The experimental polyphenol content results showed no statistically significant differences compared to the model-predicted outcomes. However, the effects of climate change are expected to vary by country and locality. The article clarifies the impacts of climate change on population fluctuations in Ho Chi Minh city based on climate change and population development scenarios. The results of the climate vulnerability assessments show that: (i) Climate change is negatively related to the human development index (HDI); (ii) Rainfall exposure index and population growth rate have a positive relationship; (iii) A statistically significant association was found between climate vulnerability index and sex ratio at birth; (iv) The effects of climate change on population distribution will be not obvious in the near future (year of 2030), but will be more visible in the distant future (to 2050) with high climate change scenario; (v) The influence tends to increase gradually from the old inner city to the new inner city which is highest in the sub-urban area. The influence of major single factors, including ethanol concentration, ratio of raw materials to solvent, and extraction time, were investigated, and the use of the response surface methodology provided optimal extraction conditions. The results of the study showed that the optimal conditions for steroid saponins extraction were as follows: ethanol solvent concentration (79%), material/solvent ratio (1/31 g/ml), and extraction time (60 hours), resulting in 7.62% steroid saponin content. The C. pictus leaf extract obtained under these optimised conditions exhibited effective inhibition against all four bacterial strains: Bacillussubtilis, Vibrio sp., E. coli, and Salmonella sp..
