The C. pictus leaf extract obtained under these optimised conditions exhibited effective inhibition against all four bacterial strains: Bacillussubtilis, Vibrio sp., E. coli, and Salmonella sp.. 摘要

本研究旨在优化香木樨叶中甾类皂苷的提取工艺,并考察香木樨叶提取物的抑菌活性。考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间等主要单因素对提取效果的影响,并利用响应面法确定了最佳提取条件。研究结果表明,提取甾体皂苷的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇溶剂浓度(79%)、料液比(1/31 g/ml)、提取时间(60 h),可得甾体皂苷含量为7.62%。在优化条件下得到的山茱萸叶提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌、弧菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌均有较好的抑制作用。其中,对弧菌的抑制作用最高,对沙门氏菌的抑制作用最低。
