Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of factors on labour productivity in textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam. Data collected from 165 employee surveys from textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam were processed through SPSS 26 software, then descriptive statistics, EFA analysis, and regression analysis. The research results show that out of five factors, there are four factors affecting the working productivity of employees at textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam including labour cost, human resource policy, work pressure, and science-technology. In which, the factor of labour cost has the strongest impact on labour productivity at textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam, followed by human resource policy, work pressure, and science-technology. The study also discovered that the seniority factor does not affect labour productivity in textile and garment enterprises. At the same time, the study also proposes some solutions for managers at textile and garment enterprises in Vietnam to improve labour productivity in the future.
