Among them, the Protected Listening Law implemented in Brazil the special testimony (ST), which is a welcoming way of listening to victims in hearing and which aims to protect against re-victimization. This exploratory-descriptive qualitative research aimed to understand how adolescent girls who were victims of sexual abuse, who went through mental health care understood their experience of being heard by the ST. Seven adolescent girls aged 12 to 17 years participated in the study. Interviews and information from medical records were used for data collection. A thematic analysis of the findings was carried out and two themes were obtained: experience with the ST and #takethetip. The appreciation of the data identified that the girls had negative expectations about the ST and felt anxiety, fear and sadness before it occurred. After the beginning of the hearing, they became calmer and at the end, they felt relieved. Despite the discomfort of speaking, they understand that it is important, including encouraging other adolescents to participate in the ST. Finally, they indicate that it is not necessary to change how the ST is organized. The study aimed to analyze the correspondence between gender and race in the Brazilian regions in 2020 about suicide. A descriptive, quantitative study was carried out, based on the collection of the DATASUS database, in October 2022. Multivariate dimension reduction techniques were used, together with correspondence analysis and cluster analysis, in the rows representing the 27 states of the federation and the types of races as column variables. In the Southeast, the highest suicide rate is for the brown and black races, especially SP, RJ, and PR. We observed the association of indigenous suicide in the state of AM. In CO, there was also variability in the yellow race. The lowest rates were in AP, ES, and RR. The Northeast region had the lowest suicide rates by race. The indigenous race has a weak correlation with the other races. In the states of SC, RS, SP, and PR, suicides by race are associated with the white race. The hospital reality changed with the pandemic: visits were interrupted, or started to occur virtually. Information is transmitted by telephone or online meetings, and physical contact and even farewell rituals have been rendered unfeasible, which asks the psychologist for emergency assistance to family members. It is known that psychology is gaining more space in the hospital, however, it is clear that these professionals have been finding challenges to exercise their function. Faced with a situation like the pandemic of the new coronavirus, psychologists did not have time to be trained for such a situation, which led them to seek quick answers, precautions in handling care and assistance to suspected cases. Spirituality has presented itself as a relevant tool in the understanding of suffering and in the re-signification of life, especially for those who have adhered to social isolation or have been contaminated by the coronavirus. In this sense, the following question arose: Can spirituality contribute to the confrontation of the impacts of COVID-19 on the mental health of the elderly population? Thus, the present study aimed to investigate the contributions of spirituality to the mental health of the elderly in coping with COVID-19. For this, an integrative review was carried out with a qualitative approach during the period from March to September/2021. The articles were selected from the PUBMED, LILACS and Google Academic databases. As a result, 4084 articles were found; however, only 6 articles answered the research question, which became the final sample size. In this study, it was identified that spirituality contributes beneficially to the mental health of the elderly in facing the pandemic of COVID-19, suggesting that it minimizes possible negative impacts on their mental health, such as social isolation, awakening and strengthening feelings of hope, peace, comfort, faith, resilience and well-being, helping in the quality of life of individuals more vulnerable to the coronavirus, during and after the pandemic, in people over 60 years of age. In the gravidic-puerperal period some events occur such as physiological, psychological and psychosocial changes. The main risk factors for the onset of PPD include: extreme anxiety; stressful events; previous history of depression; lack of family support; unwanted or planned pregnancy; relationship with partner; low socioeconomic status; dependence on alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs; and history of domestic violence. The diagnosis is made by health professionals and through the use of two symptom tracking instruments which are the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM 5). This work aimed to identify and know the risk factors associated with Postpartum Depression, as well as discuss prevention and methods for early diagnosis. This is an integrative literature review study. Articles indexed in the databases Virtual Health Library (VHL), Scientific Electronic Library Online (Scielo) and Pubmed were used, using the descriptors (DESC) Postpartum Depression or Puerperium, Postpartum Depression or Risk Factors and Postpartum Depression or Nursing Care. From the searches in the cited databases, 81,226 articles were found, which were submitted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established in this work. After applying the filters, inclusion and exclusion criteria, duplicity, reading the full abstracts, 15 articles were chosen to answer the research question. This study aimed to identify the risk factors associated with PPD. The articles of this review point out that its development occurs through some determinants that arise during pregnancy and postpartum. The risk factors cited by the researches that favor the emergence of PPD include: stressful events during pregnancy, previous history of depression, age, level of education, number of children, marital status, family income. For this, it is important that the health team is in constant training in order to promote health and prevention. This chromosomal alteration is the most common worldwide, the individuals present characteristics inherited from their parents regardless of the pathological condition, and the intellectual disability is the most frequent characteristic of the syndrome among children. Nursing has a relevant role in dealing with children with this pathology, as well as with the whole family, needing to be careful in all aspects, from the carriers to the family members' orientation in facing the syndrome. Thus, this work aimed to describe the role of nursing in Down's Syndrome, as well as address the importance of this profession in family aspects. This is an integrative review study with a qualitative, exploratory approach. Original articles indexed in the PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS) databases were used, using the descriptors (DECS) \"down syndrome\", \"nursing care\", \"nursing diagnosis\", \"genetic counseling\". From the searches in the databases mentioned above, 196,734 articles were found, which were submitted to the inclusion and exclusion criteria established in this work. 14 articles were selected that answered the research question. The studies describe the importance of the nurse's role facing DS, orientation to the family, presentation of the importance of the nurses' scientific and practical knowledge about the pathology. This study is a narrative review of the literature, which aims to present a conceptual and historical overview of Palliative Care, focusing on the Brazilian reality and the scenario regarding existing public policies. The results indicate that, despite an important health practice and the growing interest in the subject, it was only in 2018 that the Tripartite Inter-Agency Commission published a resolution that regulates its offer by the SUS as part of integrated continuing care. It promotes the protagonism of individuals experiencing psychological distress in the care processes, as they become actively involved through mutual support groups and peer support. Support tools have been developed for users to sustain self-care processes and peer support. One of the most widely disseminated tools is the WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), which is undergoing cultural adaptation in Brazil. It involves the creation of plans that help the person develop responses to everyday challenges, in order to promote well-being. Recovery and WRAP, when applied to individuals with problematic alcohol and other drug use (AD), represent an expanded clinical approach, as they focus on the individual rather than drug use. Their goal is the (re)discovery of autonomy, self-management, and improvement in quality of life without necessarily imposing a goal of \"cure,\" abstinence, or \"recovery\" in its traditional meaning. The aim is to discuss possibilities for applying the principles of Recovery and the WRAP Program as de-pathologizing actions to assist the necessary transformations in the field of mental health care, particularly in the AD field. In this sense, this research, with a qualitative approach, aims to understand the ways of acting of these professionals, as well as to analyze the discussions and notes they make during their practices. For this, an exploratory documentary research was carried out, which used as methodology the Systematic Literature Review (RSL). Data were collected in the databases SciELO, Periódicos CAPES, BVS Brasil, Revista Gestáltica, NUFEN, Redalyc. Grey Literature was also used to map other data sources, such as the electronic portal Encontro ACP and to include references indicated by researchers of this approach, who are appointed as experts. We used the qualitative descriptive analysis, as well as the theoretical framework of the PCA to understand the results.
