The reduced market demand has led to higher and higher requirements for the technical level of domestic automobile manufacturers. In 2013, China proposed the Belt and Road initiative, which brought new opportunities to some domestic auto companies. Geely Group seized the opportunity to acquire Lotus. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons for Geelys acquisition of Lotus, and this paper analyzes Geelys acquisition of Lotus through two aspects of finance and motivation. In terms of motivation, this paper analyzes policy, society, external environmental factors of Geely Group through economy and technology through P EST model. Meanwhile, SWOT is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and internal factors of Geelys acquisition of Lotus. On the financial side, through the analysis of each financial indicator, trend, causality, growth, and revenue. Factors such as insufficient population demand, the issue of industry bubbles, companies facing insolvency, and the global economic downturn have led to the closure of many private real estate enterprises and a downturn in the overall real estate market. Taking Yuexiu Property as an example, this study analyzes and summarizes its financial performance and strategic operational direction, in order to derive operational strategies applicable for real estate companies to cope with the new situation. The study found that the growth momentum of the real estate market under the new circumstances is insufficient, and companies cannot rely on high leverage to acquire more land reserves. The essence of co-branding is to create new products through collaboration, often with the characteristics and labels of both parties. Through a partnership model where both parties cooperate with each other, it is easier to break the stereotype about the brand image and expand the consumer market, thus increasing the commercial value of the brand and product. In recent years, Holiland has conducted co-branded marketing with different brands and celebrities, which has achieved a complementary overlay of consumer groups and inspired customer resonance through the integration of resources. In this paper, the author explores the strategy of Holiland's co-branding marketing and analyses the positive and negative impacts of co-branding on Holiland's brand marketing by means of a questionnaire survey. The study finds that the transfer of emotional value generated by co-branding promotes the effective complementarity of both consumer groups, but too frequent brand crossover may bring some negative effects, therefore, Holiland can be more flexible in future co-branding marketing by using a variety of marketing models, choosing suitable co-branding partners, and giving advance publicity. In 2018-2019, offline LARPs appeared, soon becoming the most popular entertainment method for the Z generation. The paper focuses on the consumers of the LARP market, analyzing their consumption behavior preferences and determining the driving factors of LARP consumption behavior based on existing consumption data. Using the analytical results, the paper can predict the sales of new scripts and help LARP merchants optimize their marketing strategies. The article mainly uses descriptive and predictive analysis (regression model) to study LARPs consumption data collected from the LARP website. The paper finds that difficulty level, duration time, and issue type (price) have a significant influence on consumer behaviors. This article aims to provide reliable digital transformation directions for the traditional retail industry by analyzing Walmart Chinas financial reports, strategic de-ployment, and current reform achievements from 2018 to 2022. The study found that Walmart Chinas digital transformation has been relatively successful, even after three years of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the market. The revenue from Walmart Chinas digital transformation-related areas has repeatedly achieved excellent results. This research uses the definition and some cases introduce what is the meaning of liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, and systemic risk. Then this paper takes some big-name banks such as SVB, and Credit Suisse as examples and researches their management ways when facing risk to prove the necessity of risk management and why banks should deal with the risk. Additionally, the author cites Basel III to emphasize the importance of the capital adequacy ratio which can obtain the capital markets stable. This research draw a conclusion that how the banking industry should manage the risk and what measure should they take when facing corresponding risk, only by managing the risk reasonably, the banking industry can maximize risk reduction and increase the revenue to obtain operation. Various techniques have been utilized to build scoring model. This research chooses Logistic regression to construct a scorecard using SPSS modeler. In this way, the study enhances the understanding of the relationship between credit scores and default behavior. By using a scorecard constructed through logistic regression, the study provides a comprehensive and interpretable model for evaluating creditworthiness. The study also employs linear probability models (LPM), logit, and probit models to assess the predictive power of credit scores on default probability. By utilizing these statistical techniques, the research presents robust empirical evidence on the significance of credit scores in predicting default behavior. Moreover, the research paper systematically analyzes prediction effects with and without control variables. By incorporating control variables such as demographic characteristics, the study adds depth to the understanding of scoring models.
