Today, it is one of the well-developed and mature futures contracts in the Chinese commodity futures market. We analyze the current situation of the Chinese copper market, both spot and futures, along with the role of hedging with copper futures in the whole copper industry chain and the role of copper futures in the spot market. It is an important issue because fintech and digital transformation are the crucial points that make companies more digital. This paper will take about fintech and digital transformation through topics including blockchain and NFT, robo-advisor and artificial intelligence, peer-to-peer lend-ing, and online payments. These four factors are the primary factors that lead to enterprise digitization. However, while these four factors are so considerable, the lack of supervision would also cause a lot of trouble that violates peoples property. People have experienced losing their property when there are no sufficient policies that regulate new technologies. This paper will specifically talk about how these factors are important and relevant to fintech and digital transformation and what might be the potential risks if there are no proper actions that restrict these factors. Due to the background of the Chinese mobile game license crunch, mobile game companies need to adapt their production models and focus on improving user retention. This report begins with a basic introduction to the current situation of the mobile game industry. It then analyzes existing research on user retention and uses Mihoyo as a case study to explore why its user retention rates are higher than other companies. The report provides a reference for other mobile game companies through this case study. The study found that Mihoyos competitive advantage in user retention comes from its high-quality products and engagement with platforms that target the same audience. In addition, Mihoyos game development approach, which focuses on building intellectual property (IP), encouraging user-generated content, and creating a solid community that fosters a game-creator-player relationship, are also critical factors for its success. Instead of shopping in actual stores, individuals now shop online at any time and from anywhere. As a result, online buying and e-commerce emerged as new and steadily expanding businesses. The rise of the e-commerce industry has made e-commerce education an essential and important educational segment. In order to help more people to engage in the e-commerce industry, it is necessary to continuously improve the practicality of the e-commerce education platform. This research takes the E-Hai e-commerce education platform into consideration, proposing that is in needs to improve the usefulness of the platform In this paper, the analysis of the feedback and evaluation of E-Hai e-commerce education platform users, problems are put forward, and some suggestions for modification and improvement measures are proposed. Through a case study of Ctrip, the impact and response measures of Ctrip under the impact of the epidemic are studied, and response strategies are proposed for other enterprises. The academic signifi-cance of this paper is to explore the impact and rebound experiences of enterprises under sudden public crises and to study the crisis response ideas of Chinese enterprises; the prac-tical significance is to retrace the response and recovery process of Ctrip under great un-certainty, to provide useful references for future solutions to sudden crises in the Chinese context, and to provide specific countermeasures and suggestions for tourism enterprises. The study focuses on the impact of these policies on the economy and investigates how economic conditions influenced political decision-making. Israel has experienced significant economic changes since its founding in 1948, including periods of heavy state intervention in the economy, followed by a shift towards neoliberal policies in later years. To better understand these developments, this study analyzed 23 articles selected from the CNKI database, with a particular focus on the Israeli Economic Stabilization Plan of 1952 and the establishment of the Israel Development Bank in 1954. By examining the content of these articles, the study aimed to identify the effects of these policies on Israeli society and economy. The study aims to get a comprehensive insight into the dilemma of the Internet industry development in Europe with an example of Rocket Internet, utilizing Porter's Five Forces and the IA3 model to analyze its market and non-market issues separately. As for market issues, the shortage of innovation in their merchandise and fewer user engagements make them less competitive in the scrambling market with Google. For non-market issues, the bill General Data Protection Regulation prohibits Rocket Internet from achieving dominance by controlling all European citizens' information. If Rocket Internet and other organizations like to expand their global markets, they need to diversify and innovate their products and service, creating an unparallel business operation model while catering to the wave of technological waves. So, more attention should be paid to their decline stage and upgrading. When cities are in their development stage and maturity stage which seem to be prosperous, potential crises like urban disease also exist. After years of research, how does the urban life cycle make a great difference in the development of cities had been studied thoroughly. But there is seldom application of this theory to proactively avoid the crisis of urban decline. By contrasting two pairs of cases, this paper will illustrate different problems that cities with different development pattern or orientation may encounter. Failing in recognizing the coming of decline stage and making timely transitions, Flint and Detroit paid a heavy price. Conversely Beijing succeeded in tackling its environmental pollution in development stage kept it from stepping into decline stage. Pittsburgh s success in industrial upgrading also kept it from death stage.
