On January 15, 2021, Tencent Music Entertainment Group acquired Lazy Audio for 2.1 billion yuan. After researching the strategic goals and significance of Tencent Music Entertainment Group, the article believes that the acquisition is to gain a foothold in the long-form audio market and to supplement its own \"business ecosystem\" in the sound industry. The article also analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the acquisition and believes that it is a successful one. After the completion of the acquisition, Tencent Music Entertainment Group needs to pay attention to the future development direction of the platform. Lazy Audio is a vertical audio book platform that has some shortcomings compared to comprehensive audio book platforms. So, in the future, it can try to transform. This paper provides a financial analysis of this company's key figures and a comparison and commentary with its peers, using NVIDIA's fiscal year 2023 as the primary data base. It contributes recommendations for NVIDIA, the leading company, and provides ideas for the development of the related technology industry. Through the comparison of cross-sectional data, NVIDIA presents its internal data in an objective and clear manner, with significant changes in data that are reasonably and comprehensively articulated and well documented. In comparing the company's financials, NVIDIA performs well and has strong and core competitive capabilities. Using the formulas to estimate the stock price and enterprise value, NVIDIA is greatly overvalued. It also analyzes how banks manage risks to prevent bankruptcy, specifically focusing on interest rate risk, credit risk, and market risk. The study uses the financial status and measures of the five major banks in the UK in 2020 and considers the impact of the pandemic, economic recession, and the Russian-Ukrainian war. The findings suggest that in order to deal with the coming risks, the banking industry needs to take several measures. In order to have a cushion to withstand possible losses, banks must first maintain appropriate core capital. Secondly, asset quality needs to be stable, which can be achieved through effective credit risk management. Thirdly, banks should focus on increasing interest rate income, as interest rates are likely to rise in the coming years. The purpose of this article is to explore and analyze the implications of autonomous vehicles, with a focus on their impact on cities, as they are and will be massively linked to smart city systems and operate on urban roads. In this paper, the author has analyzed the findings and data from many past literature and research sources and summarized them based on his own research and ideas. The findings of this article show that the positive impacts of self-driving cars are mainly in the areas of ease of travel and self-driving car fleets. The negative impacts are mainly reflected in three different aspects: safety hazards, environmental pollution and energy consumption. The aging population trend is a double-edged sword, as it has both benefits and drawbacks. The downside is that it leads to a number of economic problems, including a reduced workforce and increased health care costs, while the upside is that it can boost demand for specific services, such as nursing homes and hospitals. Specifically, the paper aims to examine the factors that contribute to Canada's aging population trend and its effect on the workforce in these cities, including the retirement of baby boomers and declining birth rates. Also, it investigated the economic implications of an aging population, such as reduced labor supply and increased healthcare and insurance costs. Additionally, assessing the impact of population aging on these urban emerging industries and identifying potential policy solutions to mitigate the negative economic impact of population aging are presented in detail to provide readers with a clear framework. It can be inferred that the aging population trend in Canada is a complex issue that has both benefits and drawbacks. While it may boost demand for specific services, such as nursing homes and hospitals, it can also lead to a decline in the labor supply, increased healthcare costs, and challenges for emerging industries in smaller cities.
