However, the significant transformations brought about by the development of social informatization have posed challenges such as an aging pool of inheritors, difficulties in promotion and dissemination, and a decrease in the audience base for Lvju. This paper employs literature review, case analysis, and comparative methods to analyze and consolidate strategies for promoting the dissemination and development of Lvju through educational and teaching approaches. The analysis is conducted from three perspectives: integration into school education, promotion of local culture, school art groups engaging with the public, and the fusion of Lvju culture with digital media and design disciplines in higher education. The aim is to explore measures within the realm of education and teaching that facilitate the promotion and development of Lvju, ultimately contributing to the preservation and protection of Lvju.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"22 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140244744","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the article is to examine and evaluate the implementation of the Scientific Management theory, with a particular focus on its application in Bethlehem Steel. The research examines the experimental design implemented by Taylor, as well as the data on productivity and salary improvement resulting from the implementation of Scientific Management. The findings indicate that Taylor's efforts were successful in enhancing the productivity of certain workers in the factory. Also, the criticisms directed towards Scientific Management should play a significant role. Upon assessing the credibility of Taylor's report and scrutinising the pessimistic attitude of the workers, it becomes evident that Scientific Management possesses notable constraints when implemented to enhance the operation of an enormous manufacturing firm.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"14 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140241604","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Previous studies have emphasized multiple factors that have significant impacts on the trust between human decision-makers and AI assistants. Yet, more attention needs to be paid to building up a systematic model for trust in the human-AI collaboration context. Therefore, to construct a systematic model of trust for the AI decision-making area, this paper reviews the recently conducted research, analyzes and synthesizes the significant factors of trust in the AI-assisted decision-making process and establishes a theoretical ternary interaction model from three major aspects: human decision-maker-related, AI-related, and scenario-related. Factors from the three aspects construct the three major elements of trust, which can eventually evaluate trust in the assisted decision-making process. This systematic trust model fills the theoretical gap in the current studies of trust in human-AI interaction and provides implications for further research studies in studying AI trust-related topics.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"45 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140243002","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is currently limited research on RPGs in the discipline of psychological science, as RPG was once considered a form of leisure that did not consider the potential learning and development involved. Therefore, the topic of the present review is the relationship between RPG gaming and the development of personal competencies involving empathy, creativity, and self-efficacy. The paper reviews various past related studies, all of which used a self-report format in a laboratory setting to collect data from RPG and non-RPG players on scales related to empathy, creativity, and self-efficacy to measure their levels of these competencies. The results show that RPG players demonstrate higher levels of empathy and creativity than non-RPG players, and that there is no correlation between RPG gaming experience and self-efficacy. Creativity and self-efficacy are positively correlated for both RPG and non-RPG players. Behaviorism, constructivism, and sociocultural learning explain the mechanisms underlying the improved competencies. Future research could establish more accurate procedures for measuring the abilities discussed in this review and test whether current results can be replicated. Also, future research could explore what in-game mechanisms or settings are more conducive to stimulating the acquisition and cultivation of various competencies in RPG players.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"33 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140243222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, this study is carried out by reviewing and synthesizing previous literature and empiric work. It is found out that each type of scaffolding is effective in improving learners oral production. However, an ambiguous classification between these three scaffolds, in terms of their operational definitions, would made it hard to measure the extent to which students speaking performance can be influenced by each type of scaffold alone. Hence, the answer to which type of scaffold is the most effective is inconclusive. In addition, the exploration of the motivational scaffold framework aimed to focus on learners emotional needs is in progress, yet a much more significant amount of studies and empirical work about this type of scaffold will be needed, in terms of investigating its impact on students both cognitive and affective aspects. Finally, no current research empirically investigated the impact of these scaffolds on students speaking motivation; instead only a fragment of descriptive comments can be found in a few studies.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"1 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140243701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It begins by introducing the individual characteristics of corruption within each government, then moving on to comparison. This study aims to contribute additional resources and insights to the existing body of research on this topic, thereby aiding fellow researchers in their investigations. The methodology used in this research is literature review, which forms the basis for the exploration and understanding of the topic. This approach allows for a detailed examination of the various facets of governmental corruption in both countries. By doing so, this work not only delineates the specific characteristics of each government's corruption but also draws parallels and contrasts between them, offering a nuanced perspective on the nature and manifestation of corruption in different historical and cultural contexts. The conclusion drawn is that while both governments can be characterized as corrupt, they exhibit distinct features that set them apart.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"15 21","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140244322","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research motivation of this paper mainly stems from the pursuit of the universal value of social justice and human rights. The aim of gender equality studies is to understand and address the problems caused by gender inequality and gender discrimination in society. In this paper, the author analyzes gender inequality from three perspectives, namely gender inequality in the workplace, education, and health care. It can be summarized that gender inequality at the workplace mainly refers to the situation that women are put at a disadvantage in their workplace, gender inequality in education mainly refers to the unfair treatment of girls in school, and gender inequality in health care mainly refers to the large differences in maternal mortality between low- and high-income countries.","PeriodicalId":474531,"journal":{"name":"Lecture Notes in Education Psychology and Public Media","volume":"45 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-03-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140244764","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
