Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology in Chinas Internet, the associated cybersecurity issues have gradually gained social attention. Incidents involving the infringement of citizens legitimate rights by unlawful individuals using information technology vulnerabilities occur frequently. These incidents pose serious threats to the safety of citizens lives and property, as well as the stability of social order in our country. In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence has further brought this issue to the forefront of public opinion. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the legal foundation and improve criminal legislation to ensure the information security of Chinese citizens.
