The research is driven by four key questions, which delve into the structural and compositional characteristics of HRDI research, the progression of research themes, distinctions between refereed and non-refereed articles, and the patterns of country contributions and collaborations. The study underscores the pivotal role of HRDI for HRD research and practice in global and cross-cultural contexts. It also uncovers shifts in research themes, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the study underscores the importance of infusing domain expertise throughout the process of text analytics to ensure the precision and meaningful interpretation of results.KEYWORDS: Bibliometricsclustering analysistopic modellinghuman resource developmentInternational HRD Disclosure statementNo potential conflict of interest was reported by the author(s).","PeriodicalId":47369,"journal":{"name":"HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL","volume":"9 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135042863","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
