To address the increasingly intensifying aging phenomenon, the Chinese government has implemented a series of new population policies. This article, based on the background of these new population policies, focuses on researching reproductive welfare policies for working women. Firstly, it analyzes the reasons for the current policy contradictions in China and suggests potential solutions. Secondly, it examines the problems and reasons for the current reproductive welfare policies in China from the perspectives of policy design, policy implementation, and policy environment. The study finds that China's existing reproductive welfare policies have not fully realized their intended policy effects, with numerous shortcomings in meeting the needs of working women. Using quantitative statistical analysis, this literature review mainly focuses on gentrification theory and application in China, summarizes the development process, characteristics, existing shortcomings as well as future research directions of Chinese gentrification research, putting forward some suggestions on Chinese research, so as to better carry out research in the future. Based on the results, the study of gentrification in China has been transitioning from the introduction of concepts and literature to the present empirical research and theoretical construction. There are clear indications that the trend of gentrification study will turn to the construction of the theoretical system of gentrification with Chinese characteristics, the evaluation of the consequences of gentrification and city policies, the new gentrification, the gentrification driven by cultural consumption, the psychological needs and authenticity protection of historical and cultural heritage affected by gentrification, the application of new technologies in the study of gentrification, and the relationship between the transformation of shantytowns and gentrification in China. In Western countries, gentrification is seen as representing a threat in which older, lower-income men and women of color are replaced by younger, wealthier, better-educated elites. To contribute to this discourse, this study undertook a comprehensive investigation and research in Donglianhua Village, located in Yongjian Town, Weishan County, Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The objective was to delve into the religious, economic, and social aspects of the Muslim community in the village, particularly in light of the ongoing process of modernization. Drawing inspiration from Max Weber's concept of \"rationalization,\" the study aims to shed light on how the Hui Muslim ethnic group in Donglianhua Village intricately weaves together both \"value rationality\" and \"instrumental rationality\" in their daily practices. By doing so, it challenges the oversimplified dichotomy of rationality proposed by Weber and presents a more nuanced understanding of the complex dynamics at play. As each person perceives the cultures of their home and host countries differently, cultural novelty is a better way of understanding cultural distance at an individual level. At the same time, bad factors in cities are born, resulting in urban emergencies becoming more and more frequent. Therefore, the prevention and management of urban emergencies become more and more important. This paper firstly analyzes the inducing factors of urban emergencies, and interprets the main inducing factors of urban emergencies from three levels. Secondly, social combustion theory and system dynamics theory are used to construct the formation mechanism of emergencies, and the main mechanism of urban emergencies is analyzed from the three perspectives of \"combustion substance\", \"combustion promoter\" and \"ignition temperature\". The feedback loop of organization management, public satisfaction and public opinion is obtained from the cause-and-effect diagram. Thus, it qualitatively describes the formation of urban emergencies. Finally, this paper puts forward prevention strategies for urban emergencies from three aspects: reducing internal and external contradictions, strengthening public opinion supervision and science popularization education ability, and enhancing the establishment of risk assessment mechanism.
