The confusion surrounding the concept of \"religion,\" misinterpretations of the concept of \"unity of heaven and man,\" and neglect of the idea of \"three teachings merging\" have led Weber to overlook the characteristic of Confucianism as a doctrine rather than a religion. Moreover, his misreadings of the theoretical foundation of Taoism, confusion between Daoism and Taoism, and misjudgment of the relationship between Confucianism and Taoism have caused Weber to overlook the process of religious transformation within Daoism. Despite Weber's misunderstandings of Confucianism and Taoism, his awareness of sociological issues and the depth of his work undoubtedly make him a great scholar.","PeriodicalId":473239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of sociology and ethnology","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134882994","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Publishing of The Age of Artificial Intelligence: Towards a European Strategy for Human-Centric Machines marked the official launch of the EU Artificial Intelligence Strategy. By analyzing policy documents published during 2018 and 2022 for the EU Artificial Intelligence Strategy, itsss is found that the strategy has set three strategic goals, namely achieving an \"Ecosystem of Excellence\", building an \"Ecosystem of Trust\", and establishing an \"Ecosystem of Digital Education\". To ensure its implementation, the European Commission has published a series of policy documents successively. As the main driver of the AI strategy, education plays an important role in the development of AI, and the EU has adopted various education tactics in the series of documents. Given the particularity of the EU as a regional cooperation organization, this strategy values philosophy, norms, and cooperation. It also provides a good reference for AI development and digital transformation of society in other countries and brings new opportunities for international cooperation in the field of AI.","PeriodicalId":473239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of sociology and ethnology","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135502143","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The author believes that digital technology embeddedness refers to that in order to improve governance efficiency, grass-roots governments incorporate digital technology, digital resources and digital platforms into the overall governance mode by embedding sexy knowledge, monitoring, prevention and control methods under the background of digital government transformation. Such embedment can not only efficiently integrate scattered social resources, but also enable government departments at all levels and social forces to share big data and realize precise governance. The definition of the concept of smart community emphasizes that it takes residential areas as the unit, takes modern information technology as the means, integrates high-quality resources of all parties, relies on the comprehensive information service platform as the support, and relies on the relatively advanced infrastructure construction to achieve an intelligent and convenient community management innovation mode of high-quality development of community governance. The integration system of sports and pension services emphasizes the governance of service contents such as venue planning, event organization, information service, fitness guidance, physical fitness monitoring, etc. to meet the public sports needs of the elderly under the leadership of the government. Through field investigation and case analysis, it is found that there are three realistic dilemmas in the integrated service system of smart community sports for the elderly. The division of power and responsibility between the government and society is vague, and the policy system is not perfect. Smart community digital technology is not embedded enough, smart service has shortcomings. The intelligent transformation of community public sports service is restricted, and the planning of community governance is inaccurate. Based on the analysis of the dilemma of the integrated service system of sports and old-age care in smart communities, this paper introduces the theory of social embedment and the theory of digital governance, and proposes the optimization path of public sports service governance in smart communities with digital technology embedment.","PeriodicalId":473239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of sociology and ethnology","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135502149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To further clarify the impact of rural revitalization strategy on rural population changes in China and provide theoretical support for the promotion of rural revitalization strategy. This study analyzes the mechanism of rural population flow through field survey and literature analysis, and constructs a theoretical basis for the trend of \"reduction and increase\" of rural population flow. This study concludes that the problem of rural population decline in China will persist for a long time, but that \"increasing the flow\" of rural population is an important element in promoting rural revitalization. Cracking the population constraints of rural revitalization by alleviating the \"reduction” and strengthening the \"increase the flow\". Finally, this study proposes the following suggestions for further optimizing rural population development: (1) narrow the urban-rural gap and alleviating the \"reduction\" of rural population flow; (2) optimize the development environment and strengthen the \"increase\" of rural population flow; (3) enhancing service capacity to crack the rural elderly dilemma; (4) adjustment of administrative divisions and intensification of land use intensity.","PeriodicalId":473239,"journal":{"name":"Journal of sociology and ethnology","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135502156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
