The study finds that the mismatch between the traditional social work service model and the current needs of the medical environment is a major cause of the dilemma; in addition, the lack of professional embeddedness and the irrational job setting are also the causes of the difficulties of medical social work interns in carrying out professional services. By interweaving narrative time and historical time, the novel uses the first-person narrative perspective to tell stories in regional dialects and the language of the times to connect readers with story characters. This process is quite complicated, during which the British and European sides went through a number of negotiations before reaching an agreement to leave the European Union, but the agreement was rejected three times in the British Parliament, mainly because of dissatisfaction with the \"guarantee\" clause on the Northern Ireland border, and it was only after the two sides negotiated and reached the Northern Ireland Protocol that the obstacles were finally removed for the completion of Britain's exit from the European Union. In other words, without the Northern Ireland border \"guarantee\" clause, the obstacles to Britain's exit from the EU would have been removed. In other words, without the drag of the Northern Ireland border issue, the process of Britain's exit from the European Union would not have been so tortuous. Grassroots governance reflects not only the ability of community managers, but also the development level of harmonious community construction. Social work plays an important role in social services and grassroots governance, mainly in being an important force supplement for grassroots governance and a powerful coordinator of community benefit services and community resource integration. This paper explores the feasibility and effectiveness of social work interventions in grassroots governance based on the practical study of Project D. The study finds that social work interventions in grassroots governance have excellent professional advantages, especially in helping community residents to solve their problems. The study finds that social work intervention in grassroots governance provides social work professional services, nurtures community social organizations, and effectively integrates community resources, but also faces problems and challenges such as immaturity of social work service system, low scope of social work services, low awareness of social work services, and insufficient social work service teams. The ethnic and religious work in Ganzi Prefecture over the years has accumulated a variety of visual image production methods and expanded diversified visual image acceptance channels. On the basis of the existing, Ganzi Prefecture should take casting the consciousness of the Chinese nation community as the main line and do a good job in the state's ethnic work in the new era.
