Vinogradova","doi":"10.32517/0234-0453-2020-35-3-49-54","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32517/0234-0453-2020-35-3-49-54","url":null,"abstract":"The article analyzes the problems caused by the adoption of the Historical and Cultural Standard and the emergence of electronic versions of history textbooks, which raised the question of the effectiveness of the use of educational complexes of the 1C company at history lessons. In order to answer this question, the article discusses the materials of the theme “The Patriotic War of 1812”. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, it is concluded that the electronic applications of history textbooks can significantly complement, but not replace, the 1C educational complexes. However, this does not mean that these complexes do not need changes. The article outlines the main directions for improving the 1C educational complexes: to develop the content of the manuals in accordance with the Historical and Cultural Standard, to form a complete set of training materials (documents, dictionary articles, illustrations, interactive schemes, animated maps and presentations) for each period, providing their competent methodological support. It is important to create a full line of educational complexes covering all periods of domestic and foreign history. The article presents the results of the research, the object of which is the management of educational, scientific and educational activities, the subject of the research is the process of creating a unified information and educational environment of the university, the purpose of the research is the automation of business processes that contribute to the adoption of competent and operational management decisions in accordance with the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”. The article deals with the issues of designing the educational environment of university on the basis of object-oriented and structural approaches. The experience of an educational organization in designing a unified information space based on modules (subsystems) that automate the main business processes related to the management of educational activities in the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University is described. The article describes the software solution used by the university to achieve its goals by integrating it into the main and auxiliary business processes. The analysis of the results of the project of software creating to preparе components of EdProgram according to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education of the latest generation (FSES 3+) at the Bashkir State Agrarian University is given. The developed software product is created by extension technology of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and expands the functionality of 1C:University PROF information system. The article actualizes the need to use automation tools in modern conditions when developing and updating the components of the EdPrograms are based on the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education. The proposed approach allows you to take into account the requirements of professional standards, as well as the requirements of employers (labor market) for graduates. The names of indicators of achievement of professional competencies are the names of the labor functions of the professional standards, the implementation of which requires the graduate to perform certain labor activities (skills) of the professional standards, acquisition relevant knowledge and skills as learning outcomes in the disciplines and practices of the higher education and vocational education and training institute of higher education, including those formulated as specific employer requirements. One of the important aspects of the ongoing global changes is the transformation in education. This is a multifactorial problem that concerns not only technical, technological, methodological solutions, but also serious changes in the mental sphere, both for teachers and students. And here it is necessary to take into account the age of the students, and their preparedness for using various infocommunication solutions in the organization of education, and the readiness of relevant educational and methodological materials, and so on and so forth.Currently, there are a large number of examples of the implementation of infocommunication technologies in education at various levels, starting with preschool education. However, in this article we will focus on considering what seems to be effective in teaching at the level of higher education. This allows us to count on the appropriate level of students’ competencies in terms of computer skills and readiness for more independent mastering of the discipline. When automating routine processes, at some point, problems may arise in the transition from solving local accounting problems to submitting regulated reports. Often, digitalization becomes the only possible solution to the problems of combining the performance of job tasks based on data from various departments. This is especially evident when implementing integration with external federal information systems. The development of digital services for students with the help of the information service “NaLentu!” (”Go to a Class!”) is shown. Based on it, the mailing of the schedule, the “digital student’s record-book”, and the order of documents are implemented. It is described how one of the federal systems became the reason for the digitalization of processes in social accounting, the appointment and accrual of grants. The problems of the implementation of the accounting system on the part of employees, in particular, the perception by some of them of digitalization as a threat to their interests, are indicated. Further automation trends after the implementation of information systems in the decision of the central tasks of the educational organization are demonstrated. The interactive creative environment 1C:MathKit is chosen to visualize the method discussed. By performing repetitive constructions and algebraic calculations using ICT tools, students acquire a steady skill of work with geometric objects of various levels of complexity, comprehend the possibilities of mathematical interpretation of iterative processes in practice, and learn how to understand the dialectical unity between finite and infinite parameters of flat geometric figures. When students are getting familiar with such contradictory concepts and categories, that replenishes their experience of worldview comprehension of the subject areas they study through the concept of “big ideas”. The latter allows them to take a fresh look at the processes in the world around. Structural schemes of the electronic library system of the university and its elements are given. The schemes meet regulatory requirements and take into account the specifics of the work of higher educational institutions. The basic elements and modules of the electronic library system, their main functionality and content components are presented. The organizational and pedagogical conditions for improving the efficiency of the learning system based on neural networks are determined: the selection and assignment of the main characteristics of the learner model and a clear formalization and construction of the ontology of the subject area. Based on the most important provisions of neuropedagogy, recommendations have been formulated to increase the effectiveness of training, including: 1) attention, 2) active interaction, 3) return by mistake and 4) consolidation (transition from a slow, conscious, effort-intensive thought process to a fast, unconscious, automatic mental work).Innovative trends in the development of modern education are considered, which, first of all, include 1) research and promotion of information and communication technologies with innovative pedagogy, 2) promotion of competencies and skills in the field of ICT for teachers and schools. However, current regulatory documents do not always reflect the current requirements for teachers’ digital competencies and do not offer tools to measure their level of formation. The authors analyzed the existing frameworks of digital competencies and offered a model of the modern school teachers’ digital culture, its technological component, for its introduction into the educational process of teacher training. The article describes the elements of the model, normative documents and theoretical provisions that underlie it. The first stage of digital culture formation is considered in educational (fact-finding) practice for curricula formed according to FSES 3++. The objectives of the practice are formulated, competencies are selected from the educational standard, its content, thematic planning and planned results in the form of a decomposition of digital skills from the model of the digital culture of the teacher are determined.
