The purpose of this study is to identify current knowledge and research gaps specific to the experiences of refugee families who have children with disabilities. The authors assess the quality of evidence and describe the theoretical underpinnings of research that focuses on refugee families who have children with disabilities.\u0000\u0000\u0000Design/methodology/approach\u0000The authors searched nine electronic databases from database inception for English language, peer-reviewed publications. The authors identified themes from the included studies.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000The authors identified 10 studies that fit their inclusion criteria and shown key findings in the form of six themes. Families who have children with disabilities experience structural barriers; their experiences are impacted by family factors and the degree and kind of support received, as well as the knowledge of parents about their rights. Gender differences made visible the precarious situations experienced by girls with disabilities. Gaps in educational standards and the capacity of schools, particularly in refugee camps, were highlighted.\u0000\u0000\u0000Research limitations/implications\u0000The authors show that there is a lack of evidence-based research focusing on refugee children’s own experiences of living with disabilities. Children’s experiences that were visible were, for the most part, attended to through other’s accounts of their experiences. Many studies that the authors found (the current knowledge to date) describe children with disabilities through third-party accounts, including parents, caregivers and those who provided services to this population. There is an urgent need to explore the experiences of children who have disabilities and are displaced from their home country.\u0000\u0000\u0000Originality/value\u0000This systematic review focuses on refugee children experiences that has not been conducted before and identifies the research gaps for this group. Attention to how disabilities are understood philosophically and who are defined as refugees are needed in order for the research to accrue in ways that build a consistent body of literature. Without some consistency, it is not possible for studies to build on one another.\u0000

Many factors, including iron overload may cause growth delay. High ferritin levels are believed to lead to short stature in children with thalassemia. This study aims to determine the correlation between short stature and ferritin levels in children with major beta thalassemia at Kediri District General Hospital. This research is an observational analytic with a cross-sectional design conducted on 17 subjects of beta thalassemia major patients at Pediatric Health Sciences (IKA) Kediri District General Hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in December 2022-January 2023. The measuring instrument used in this study was anthropometric status, explained through age stature, while the ferritin levels was obtained from the patient's medical record. Spearman's rank order correlation test was used in the analysis. There were 17 respondents, 82,36% children in short categories and 17,64% in normal categories. The Spearman correlation test has the p-value = 0.000 and r = -0,736. A strong negative correlation exists between short stature and ferritin levels in beta-thalassemia major patients at Kediri District General Hospital that means the higher ferritin levels, the higher incidence rate of short stature.

This research is normative research, this research was carried out by examining library materials in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, with an empirical-analytical approach, which uses concrete cases to become research objects, and uses relevant theories. The follow the money policy in eradicating corruption and money laundering in Indonesia has not been effective enough in returning assets that have been confiscated and has resulted in losses to state finances. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the system for returning assets resulting from acts of corruption with the Asset Recovery Bill, increasing FINTRAC capacity, strengthening asset confiscation, and cooperation between countries to track assets resulting from crimes abroad and maximize returns through Mutual Legal Assistance. The future policy direction is to strengthen the system for recovering assets and confiscating assets through conviction-based forfeiture and non-conviction-based forfeiture, as well as civil lawsuits. In the Indonesian legal system, the follow the money policy is very important to overcome corruption and money laundering. However, the return on assets is still not optimal. Therefore, the Bill on Asset Recovery and the Bill on Cash Payments as well as the application of Articles 18 and 37 of the Corruption Law are needed to confiscate the proceeds of crime through criminal compensation

National development policies and agendas should inculcate historic preservation. Architectural conservation phenomena should involve government representatives and local communities, public service providers and the private sector to collaborate with each other. This study examines the cultural heritage, showing some limitations and significant advances. The study discusses the case of the Jain Swamber temple in Multan's inner city. The study describes the temple's architecture and architectural aspects to underline the importance of architectural heritage conservation and protection in Multan, Pakistan. Temples and monasteries are the only places where Jain architecture may be found. Jian Swamber temple was built in the dominant style of the time and place it was created. The Mru-Gurjara style is characterized by elaborate carving, particularly on columns, enormous and delicately carved rosettes on mandap ceilings, and a distinctive "flying arch" between columns with no structural purpose is simply artistic. The temple is made of diverse local colors of pink, buff, and brown sandstone, which lightens the style and makes it appealing. Policymakers and architects can devise different conservation concepts and tactics to preserve architecture. As a result, buildings may not lose or change their appearance considerably.

Asset-based community development (ABCD) may offer promising approaches to boosting community resilience in Australia, especially within marginalised groups.\u0000\u0000\u0000Design/methodology/approach\u0000A scoping review was conducted to conceptualise existing literature on ABCD approaches to building resilience. Research databases were searched with relevant details.\u0000\u0000\u0000Findings\u0000Thirty-three sources were identified as meeting the inclusion criteria and were reviewed in terms of six themes: integration and identity, health, mental health, education, employment and community planning. Issues identified by the literature within these themes can be alleviated through asset-based approaches. Implications for planning of asset-based programs and policy change are discussed in light of the findings.\u0000\u0000\u0000Practical implications\u0000The results of this study provide several implications for practise, policy recommendations and future research into this area. Results suggest that increasing capacity around asset-based coping mechanisms, such as support networks through religious and cultural groups, would promote community development and foster resilience. Furthermore, policy on refugees in multiple areas, such as psychological service provision and employment, should be redesigned in a way that acknowledges their complex and diverse needs and facilitates their integration into the community. Though multiple ways to achieve this goal have been explored in literature, a sustained and broader approach is necessary to see widespread change. Further research and funding are required to explore and implement appropriate responses. Based on the findings and discussion above, the authors make the following policy recommendations. Service providers need to be aware of and incorporate culturally appropriate programs in the areas of mental health assessment and intervention, education and employment. The trauma-informed approach should be used when dealing with refugee groups and other groups who have faced hardships. Government policy should focus on improving community engagement to create and strengthen social networks, which are vital in boosting integration into the community and increasing health education and access to services. Government should focus on asset-based approaches in designing education and employment integration programs to promote social belonging and community engagement, and thus, community resilience, which will consequently have beneficial individual and group outcomes. The current governmental policy surrounding refugees should be overhauled with the goal of successful refugee integration in mind, such as incorporating the ability for refugees to access vital services such as employment and skills transferability programs. Due to current policy, these services are inaccessible to a large portion of refugees, hindering their integration. Wages are earned when workers complete their work. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the determination of the wage scale that workers deserve in accordance with applicable regulations. The method used in this study is the analytical descriptive method, the type of research that is then applied in this study is normative juridical. Based on the results of the study states that a good and healthy working relationship between superiors and subordinates is very important to achieve the desired goals in the world of work. To achieve a good working relationship, the company must fulfill predetermined clauses, namely work, orders, and wages. However, for workers, the most important clause is wages, because wages are the main component used to meet the daily needs of personal and family life. Therefore, it is important for employers to follow the establishment of a wage structure and scale in accordance with applicable regulations and provide fair wages in accordance with job title, length of service, and other achievements in the company. By providing fair wages, companies can improve worker motivation and performance, as well as strengthen the relationship between companies and workers. This research implies that wages can increase worker motivation and performance, increase job satisfaction, strengthen company reputation and avoid conflicts with workers. Thus, providing fair wages to workers as one of the keys to success in running a business and building healthy and harmonious working relationships.
