Enterprises had to deal with the new circumstances together with usual business activities. According to Croatian Financial Agency (FINA), in 2021, there were 144.259 enterprises in Croatia with more than 950.000 employees and profits of 6 billion Euros. Essentially, these numbers vary between different counties and in the years pre and during pandemics. The aim of this paper is to analyse if there is a difference in the business performances, regarding the number of enterprises, employees, revenues, profit in pre COVID – 19 year and during COVID – 19 years. Therefore, to get the most out of international transactions, companies must create a suitable work environment and organizational climate that encourages psychological safety and, consequently, contributes to the establishment of trust and cooperation among employees. Recently during, and after the pandemic, digitalisation of teaching as a process has accelerated to a new level. Different companies are working and developing new digital and even virtual simulations that are offering not only to students, new and modern ways of enhancing their skills in managing different situations just like in real life. These new technologies are providing students and higher education institutions with opportunities to bring ’‘close to real life ’’experiences with lower costs and fewer procedures. Learning-based virtual simulation games belong to a new developing approach in education. This paper demonstrates the use of a business simulation game in the process of flourishing skills and managerial competences. Technological entrepreneurship, as a part of entrepreneurship, achieves its goals through innovation in an environment that fosters the use and creation of new technologies. In this way, it leads to numerous significant changes in the economy and prosperity of a country. The triple helix, a concept based on the joint work of the state, universities and the economy, enables better growth of the knowledge-based economy and the overall well-being of the country. The aim of this paper is to show the importance of technological entrepreneurship, understanding the process of innovation and knowledge-based economy as conditions for national growth and development. Indicators of scientific and technological development were chosen as quantitative indicators of the position of countries in order to make a comparison, identify shortcomings and see space for future support and improvement. It is suggested to take a larger number of indicators for the needs of future research. The Europe's beating cancer plan envisages the establishment of the European network of national comprehensive cancer centers by 2025. The network will connect national centers for the comprehensive cancer care, which will facilitate the quality assurance of diagnostics, treatment, research, training in the EU. By 2030, 90% of cancer patients should have access to the new network. The European Commission will develop the model of the network, including the professional, scientific, educational and administrative framework for a sustainable structure, through the CraNE Joint Action. More than 100 experts, researchers, consultants from 24 European countries will be involved in the work, thus ensuring professionalism, interdisciplinary and regional view. The hypothesis that inductive teaching is more suitable for courses at a lower educational level and that it has a positive impact on learner activation is confirmed. Insights are offered that provide opportunities for teachers of economics at vocational colleges to suitably use this teaching method in their daily work. At the same time, it is also essential to consider various historical foundations, which can be an important factor in the stability of the support environment and, thus, young people's career decisions. A significant group of these young people is represented by students, especially given that most career decisions are mostly made during studies. Based on an extensive survey completed in 2019, we analyse the purpose of the career decision of students in European countries, which we divide into two groups: traditionally market economies and economies based on posttransition. The results of the analysis indicate differences in the purpose of career decisions between the two observed student populations. However, they hold specific fears that robots will take their working places. Robots represent opportunities for providing service as the population grows old, and robots will be needed to help old people. Especially in fields where workers are scarce, such as healthcare, knowledge of the interaction human-cobot will be needed. Robots have been present in highly supervised and stable environments for decades. Due to extreme progress in robotics, they have moved among people, in less predictable environments, and have a more human-like appearance. The purpose of our paper is to present cases of cobots in Slovenian hospitals. We use qualitative methodology. Results of our desktop research are presented. Our paper researches contemporary management challenges in healthcare. Before, and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the demand for healthcare professionals was a critical challenge as the nursing staff was overburdened. It is hard to fill all the necessary nursing positions in hospitals. The problem seems to be getting even bigger due to the growing trend of the elderly population around the world. In the theoretical part, we present the interaction between human being-robot. The advantages they have are the simplicity of their use and the mandatory relationship of a short-term credit contract. Nowadays, credit cards are increasingly used in tourism and hospitality. Many banks around the world cooperate with global card organizations such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club, so the cards they issue are widely accepted in hotels, travel agencies, hospitality objects and shopping centers around the world. This paper deals with the role of the credit card as a global instrument of payment in tourism from a legal and economic point of view, and its goal is to see what all the characteristics of a credit card are and what benefits its use brings. Their advantage is their general applicability, as they can be implemented quickly and efficiently in any organisation, regardless of its sector or size. The ISO /IEC 27000 family provides organisations with a practical and established framework for information security assessment and certification. As a result, the use of these standards in practise is widespread globally. In 2022, the ISO /IEC 27000 family underwent significant changes, with two of the most important standards receiving new versions. A new version of ISO /IEC 27002 was published in February 2022, and ISO /IEC 27001 in October 2022. The revisions are very important for organisations implementing the requirements of the standards as part of information security management. The aim of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the changes introduced by the new versions ISO /IEC 27001:2022 and ISO /IEC 27002:2022 compared to the 2013 versions. We found that most of the changes were made to Annex A of the ISO /IEC 27001, which required a completely new structure for the ISO /IEC 27002.
