This resulted in temporary reallocations of healthcare workers to different tasks, limiting or temporarily suspending certain health services and programs, including mental health services, despite an increase in mental health difficulties during the epidemic. The aim of the present study was to explore the level of accessibility of mental health services, in 2020, during the covid-19 epidemic and how was the accessibility of mental health services influenced by the reallocations of healthcare workers to different tasks. An online survey was forwarded to all health institutions within the Slovenian public health system that provide mental health services. The results indicated the lowest accessibility to mental health services during the spring lockdown in 2020, while at the same period the prevalence of reallocations of the healthcare workers was at its highest. Present results also show that lower accessibility to mental health services was present where the levels of reallocations of healthcare workers was high. Implications for management of mental health services in emergency situations like covid-19 epidemic are made.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115393228","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper we aim to link the importance of sustainable development through the prism of environmental management in relation to communication and communication in small businesses. It is undoubtedly true that communication in small businesses, as in all other organisations, is linked to both the internal and external environment and thus also to the specificities of the stakeholders. In the internal environment, communication is primarily employee-centred, while the external environment offers a wider variety, from customers, suppliers, competitors, the local environment, etc. This paper will touch upon the importance of both environments from the point of view of the managerial position and from the point of view of the relationships that are formed in the communication process.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"117 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116027394","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We decided to examine the occurrence of each phrase using the Scopus database in pursuit to add to the definition of the concepts of these services. We decided that other similar terms or sub-terms will be a subject of further studies.1 A total of 95,884 documents contained one of the four terms in the title, abstract or keyword. Telemedicine was the most common term, with 64,149 documents referring to it, followed by e-health by 23,754 and then telehealth with 22,387 and Digital health with 8,599 documents. Articles were the most common type for the four key terms, followed by review articles and conference papers . We note that the diversity in the use of the four concepts indicates the vagueness of the concepts and the need for a more precise definition of services and the establishment of certain definitions.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"90 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122369592","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Data for the digital maturity assessment was collected via an online questionnaire linked to the DEXi multi-criteria model, and the calculated digital maturity assessment with a detailed report was sent to the company. The assessment of the current and target state of an individual company enables better planning of corporate activities and monitoring of target achievement. The analysis of the large number of assessed companies also provides an insight into the level of digitalization of the population of Slovenian small and medium sized enterprises and an assessment of the impact of the supporting environmental strategies.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128736069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Benefits of preparing sustainability report are numerous, mostly related to providing information about environmental and social impacts of companies to larger group o stakeholders. Considering the importance of disclosing social information, the main aim of this paper was to explore the sustainability reports of Croatian companies prepared using GRI Standard and to identify which social disclosures are included into sustainability reports, but also which ones are not. In order to do that, content analysis of 19 reporting companies has been conducted and so collected data have been analysed. Analysis has shown that majority of disclosed social information are related to employees issues, while at the same time disclosure of social issues related to customers and local communities are less represented in sustainability reports.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"78 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132354114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Knowledge structure consists of items of information that the individual learns, and the states of knowledge, in which the individual finds himself when he acquires knowledge. Items of information and states of knowledge respect the axiom of accessibility and learning consistency. A path in the learning space represents a walk from the state, where the individual does not know any of the items, to the state in which the individual acquires all the items of information. In this paper, we analyze the learning space of seventh-grade mathematics and the learning space of a research paper, in which a seventh grader presented the reinforcement learning algorithm of the game Nim at a level accessible to elementary school students. Based on the analysis, we evaluate that reinforcement learning is 37 items of information away from seventh grade math to understand, not accounting for the concepts required to program it in Python. We complete the analysis with suggestions of further research on introducing artificial intelligence in primary and secondary schools.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130136239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The failure rate for undergraduate studies is as high as 60% in some years for some degree programs. For the purpose of this paper, we analyze data on the study results between 2015 and 2020 for FIS master's degree programs. Our aim is to compare the \"Completion rate\" between different groups of degree programs - one of them is computer science degree programs and the other is quantitatively oriented programs (“Econometrics and Statistics”). We will use data for the analysis from the university information system. We will analyze those using MS Excel tools. The paper provides answers to the two research questions. The results obtained so far indicate that the main common feature, regardless of “Informatics” or “Quantitative Methods”, is the method of funding. Graduation rate is higher for almost eight per cent points in Quantitative oriented study programs then in Informatics studies. If the student pays for his/her own tuition, the study period is shorter for both groups of study programs students than if he/she uses public funds to finance it.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133042123","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to contribute to this new research trend by investigating the long-term association between environmental protection and happiness by studying the correlation between the environment and students’ attitudes. There have been two types of academic interest in the relationship between the environment and happiness: first, there has been a real curiosity in how the environment influences individuals’ subjective well-being; second, there is a surge of interest in how proenvironmental actions affect individual's well-being, and how, in turn, people's emotional states can be used to prompt them into behaving in ways that are more ecologically responsible. The current concept of health is a complex interaction of environmental, organizational, and personal elements within the contexts and settings in which individuals live. Thus, broader environmental issues must be evaluated in the context of population health, as illustrated, for instance, in studies of migratory communities in which the impacts of a shifting life environment on health were shown to be considerable. Twenty-nine years ago, Chapter 36 of Agenda 21 proposed an education and sustainable development action plan. But even so, progress in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) has so far been extremely slow. The authors of the paper have for precisely these reasons chose to conduct a survey amongst students of the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Serbia, with the aim of finding out what exactly do students know about environmental happiness, what are their current attitudes towards the state of the environment in Serbia, and how all of this affects their future. The questionnaire included 102 students. An analysis of the results was carried out using the SPSS 25 software package.","PeriodicalId":447088,"journal":{"name":"42nd International Conference on Organizational Science Development","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133168268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
