Analiza stanja digitalne zrelosti v slovenskih malih in srednje velikih podjetjih

In this paper, we analyze the digital maturity level of Slovenian small and medium-sized enterprises that conducted a self-assessment of current and desired state using a multi-criteria model between December 2020 and July 2022. Data for the digital maturity assessment was collected via an online questionnaire linked to the DEXi multi-criteria model, and the calculated digital maturity assessment with a detailed report was sent to the company. The assessment of the current and target state of an individual company enables better planning of corporate activities and monitoring of target achievement. The analysis of the large number of assessed companies also provides an insight into the level of digitalization of the population of Slovenian small and medium sized enterprises and an assessment of the impact of the supporting environmental strategies.
