Los estudios de Federico Hanssen crearon una hipótesis para el mester de clerecía que acabó siendo adoptada por la generalidad de los estudiosos, pero el cómputo silábico del resto de los poemas exige la aplicación de tantas excepciones a la norma hoy aceptada que resulta lícito sospechar de su validez. El escritor cambia su posición respecto al género, que había utilizado como fuente de muchas de sus comedias en una primera etapa (1588-1613), pero que había dejado de interesarle en los años siguientes (1613-1620). En la segunda década del siglo XVII, sin embargo, Lope utiliza la novella para mostrarse como un autor de prestigio, no solo en las Novelas a Marcia Leonarda sino también en su teatro.","PeriodicalId":44540,"journal":{"name":"REVISTA DE FILOLOGIA ESPANOLA","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"47818742","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"文学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Para ello, en primer lugar, se resume las etimologías propuestas sobre esta voz, desde Covarrubias hasta llegar al hebraísmo mazzâl (‘estrella, suerte’). Después se documenta ampliamente su uso, tanto en poesía como en prosa didáctica, narrativa y teatro, y se contextualiza los casos registrados. Por último, la exploración del contacto lingüístico y del contexto cultural ayuda a explicar y comprender mejor el empleo de este “hebraísmo” en autores que estuvieron en contacto con hablantes de hebreo en una época concreta, desde principios del siglo XV hasta finales del siglo XVII.","PeriodicalId":44540,"journal":{"name":"REVISTA DE FILOLOGIA ESPANOLA","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70414523","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"文学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Given that the text has recently been attributed to Vives, the first operation is to reaffirm the authorship of Juan de Valdes, relying on the documentary evidence of actions promoted by the Inquisition that leave no doubt about the real authorship, while explaining why Valdes hid his identity and opted for an apocryphal and fictitious authorship. This mask is also analyzed as part of a set of strategies of concealment and visibility that serve the author to protect himself, but also to give the book more authority and thus favour its acceptance.","PeriodicalId":44540,"journal":{"name":"REVISTA DE FILOLOGIA ESPANOLA","volume":"41 1","pages":"37-57"},"PeriodicalIF":0.2,"publicationDate":"2020-06-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84305682","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"文学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
