Using a quantitative approach with correlational and cluster analysis, a survey was applied to 147 workers from 12 service companies. The findings show that there is a direct relationship between identity and organizational commitment in its three dimensions; however, the affective dimension is the one that has the greatest strength in said relationship. The Competitiveness factors of Los Cabos tourist destination are: 1. Geographical natural characteristics, 2. The composition of the tourism product, 3. Tourism promotion, 4. Public and private collaboration, 5. Tourism resilience and 6. Creation of share value. For their part, the actions carried out by large companies for the benefit of the resident community have the capacity to create share value, however, a measurement of the contribution in relation to cost – benefits are required. The descriptive method was achieved to publicize the findings and a comparison of the results was made, classified according to the three dimensions, incentives as an independent variable and its relationship with motivation and organizational behavior, as dependent variables. From this research it is concluded that the granting of incentives is essential in the motivation of personnel and positively impacts organizational behavior. Above all, a strong increase in the number of residents must secure the supply of living space. In addition, the attractiveness of a city depends not only on the available living space and its price, but also on the quality of life in the city. The term quality of life usually refers to factors that can have a positive effect on a person's well-being. Quality of life is characterized by aspects such as educational opportunities, health and nature.\u0000As a result, nature is an important criterion in the quality of life and also shapes the appearance of the city. Parks, playgrounds or street trees are just a few of the forms that can be found in cities. In addition, the city green takes over many different functions. These range from economic and urban features to social and ecological purposes. Especially the ecological aspect is becoming more and more important in the course of climatic changes. In this context, a sustainable urban development should be striven for in order to secure urban green spaces, such as the \"Leipzig Charter for a Sustainable European City\".\u0000The challenges for municipalities in dealing with urban green spaces are manifold. The reason for this is the different usage requirements that affect the urban green space through different user groups. In addition to the changed demands, the financial resources available also play an important role. At present, it is difficult to reconcile the different demands placed on an area with the financial resources available.\u0000Therefore, this paper examines a new approach to Green Urban Labs in relation to the development and safeguarding of urban greens. In this respect, literature searches are used to shed light on the foundations, goals and problems of urban green. In a further part, the model project \"Green Urban Labs\" will be examined. In addition to further literature research and expert interviews, the case study \"From Hausacker to Urban Green\" in the district Riemke of the city Bochum will be used to shed light on the goals and implementation measures of the project. \u0000Recommendations for action are derived from the findings. On the one hand, the recommendations should support the consolidation of the model project after the end of the project period. The people in the metropolis of almost 22 million inhabitants were exposed to extreme concentrations of various air pollutants. But even when the environmental alert has not been declared, there is an increased health risk in the Mega City for almost the entire year. \u0000Parallel to this, environmental precaution in urban development is gaining international importance. The \"Health in all Policies\" strategy of the World Health Organization makes it clear that spatial planning has a responsibility for the health of the population. This can be used to justify an obligation to develop strategies that counteract the causative factors of deficient conditions in terms of climate and air quality. In the case of Mexico City, the causative factors can be identified in particular as anthropogenic processes, such as road traffic, but also topographical conditions, enormous uncontrolled urbanization that took place in the past, certain weather conditions and, last but not least, climate change. \u0000Green infrastructure offers a major contribution to environmental care in cities. Green infrastructure can filter air pollutants, brings cooling, and can also be a ventilation pathway for cold and fresh air flows. Beyond this, however, there are many more environmental synergies. The recreational function that Green Infrastructure provides should also not be underestimated. \u0000The research work took place within the author's master's thesis. It is about the potentials that Green Infrastructure has to improve the conditions of climate and air quality in Mexico City. It examines the possibilities of improving the general situation, the possibilities of preventing extreme climatic events, and the possibilities of contributing to a livable and healthy city. For this purpose, it analyzes where exactly the problems lie, which planning concepts in relation to Green infrastructure can counteract these problems and, furthermore, which lessons can be learned from previous policies and measures in this regard in order to be able to ensure the feasibility of recommended measures. \u0000The result of this work is concrete proposals for a green and open space strategy that has its scope of application not only in Mexico City itself, but beyond that in the entire metropolitan region. The green and open space strategy proposes four fields of action to expand the stock of green infrastructure: the systematization of roadside greenery, the development of new green areas, the greening of roofs and facades, and the maintenance and upgrading of climatically effective and valuable areas. These fields of action are to be implemented in particular in the form of individual projects. Methodology: the analysis was applied to households in the state of Sinaloa and the variable of interest was the income of the heads of household together with the remittance variable and without the remittance variable. Results: it is evident that the average income suffers an increase even when the percentage of the population receiving remittances is less than 7 percent. Limitation: for the analysis, variables were homogenized and created since the database during the study period reflected important changes in its structure. Originality: We report the empirical importance with theoretical support by showing the role of remittances for a state based on agricultural activities. In this context, it is particularly important to make use of existing potential in spatial and environmental planning, in order to guarantee sustainable and socially responsible urban development in the future.\u0000In particular, the revitalization of brownfields as Green Innovation Areas offers potential for the sustainable use of former industrial sites and for strengthening bio-economic management. Urban gardening is to be understood as a form for the use of inner-city brownfields as Green Innovation Areas, which can significantly contribute to a sustainable urban development. The urban gardening project Kölner Neuland serves as an example to show how a part of a 44,000 m² industrial brownfield in Cologne's Bayenthal district was revitalized by an urban garden.\u0000First, there will be an overview of the basic framework conditions based on the evaluation of existing technical literature. Subsequently, the topic of urban gardening will be treated as a form of Green Innovation Areas. In this context, it is also explained how urban gardening can promote a more sustainable and socially just urban development.\u0000In order to understand and evaluate the background of the urban gardening project Kölner Neuland, a detailed analysis of the project is required. For this reason, the historical course, financial aspects, current marketing measures as well as goals and visions of Kölner Neuland are explained after an overall view of the city.\u0000On the basis of the gained and evaluated insights of an expert interview, the urban gardening project Kölner Neuland will be examined for its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It was found that the urban garden Kölner Neuland is to be evaluated quite positively however, some aspects show the need for action.\u0000As a result of this work, recommendations for the future development of the urban gardening project Kölner Neuland are formulated. A distinction can be made between recommendations for action in the areas of financing, public perception, and control. The project \"Urban Farm Dessau\" is used throughout the thesis as an example.\u0000Different social processes, such as structural change and demographic change, lead to changed conditions in cities. One consequence of this is that shrinking processes are continuing and this leads to the creation of brownfields, which are often not used again. This process of urban sprawl often results in the decline of districts or entire cities. \u0000In the project GIAGEM \"The Role of Green Innovation Areas in Revitalizing German and Mexican Cities\" of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and the University of Guadalajara, alternative solutions for the revitalization of such brownfields are being developed, which at the same time meet bio-economic requirements. Various sustainable and efficient uses are analysed and evaluated on the basis of example projects and their transferability to other cities is specified. \u0000First of all, the scientific framework conditions are elaborated in this thesis. For this purpose, the key words \"Brownfields\", \"Revitalization\" and \"Urban Farming\" will be defined and classified.\u0000The project GIAGEM will be presented in more detail in order to establish the connection to the chosen example project \"Urban Farm Dessau\".\u0000The project \"Urban Farm Dessau\", which was developed in the city of Dessau-Roßlau, in the district Am Leipziger Tor in Sachsen-Anhalt, will be analysed in more detail by means of a preliminary study and with the help of an area reference. The project is finally evaluated by means of a criteria grid. An analysis was carried out based on the production and export of vegetables and the preponderant role that the state of Guanajuato has as a supplier of vegetables to exporting companies. Additionally, the review of available official documents (international treated, conventions and agreements; federal and state laws and regulations) was carried out, in order to understand how the arrangements between producers and companies take place, the lack of information and possible legal gaps for the contract farming in export vegetables. The results show that the state of Guanajuato occupies the first places at the national level as an exporter and supplier of broccoli, lettuce, carrot, cauliflower, celery and garlic, mainly.
