Educational institutions are complex organizations where many factors come together, whose management demands collective work to respond to the different needs of the educational organization from an intercultural environment.\u0000For its development, it was carried out from a qualitative approach, using the method of documentary analysis, which allows the study of accumulated knowledge, in order to take stock of trends in educational management and its involvement in educational institutions. intercultural. The involvement of the Academic Board of “Centro de Actualizacion del Magisterio de Iguala” consisted in dimensioning the role of the educational sector in the creation of healthy habits within the indigenous population. Several activities where done, such as: revision of theoretical arguments, analysis of both, syllabus and study programs, interviews to focal groups in six communities, and the realization of three teachers’ workshops. This\u0000article aims to analyze the perception of virtual education in times of COVID 19, of the\u0000students of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Sinaloa de Leyva Extension of the Autonomous\u0000University of Sinaloa (UAS). The method used in the research was the mixed method\u0000that involves a quantitative and qualitative process. The approach of the study is\u0000descriptive as it seeks to collect information on what happened during the pandemic in the field of virtual education to detail what happened, the structured interview and the\u0000questionnaire were used to collect the information. The results of the study show\u0000that 100% of the students had not previously received virtual classes, and their feelings\u0000were disconcerted by this modality, as well as exposed the inequality in the conditions of low-income students, who were the most affected. This study presents the impact it had on the institution, demonstrating that one of the drawbacks was the dropout rate and the number of new students since the number of new students dropped significantly from the start date of the confinement. Formal education is a human aspiration, guided and protected by agreements and conventions of global and local scope, which has become a right to education. An investigation was developed in two phases: first, a bibliographical documentary research to recover text related to the right to education and in a second phase, an online questionnaire was applied to higher education students of the Universidad Autónoma Indígena de México (UAIM) to know the experiences of the student of what he has lived in each of the stages of his school way (elementary, middle school, high school and college), their motivations to study at the UAIM and their point of view on the right to education. Subsequently, through interpretive research, explain the findings obtained contrasted with the revised documentation. Referring particularly to the right to education in the Mexican historical context, we have found various intervention topics such as: the legal framework that supports said right, educational inequalities at the levels of basic education, half education higher and higher education; indigenous education; educational inequality caused by the COVID-19 pandemic; unofficial basic education; and higher education at UAIM. To achieve this, an investigation by means of a qualitative design and documentary analysis, using the development of coherent conceptualization and theorization as a technique.\u0000The process is not easy, perhaps due to the fact that the implementation of competency-based education in lower grades (elementary, secondary and high school) has not yet been completed and; when it is decided to implement it by decree at higher education levels, with students and teachers whose educational development was a system by products or called \"Teaching-Learning\", and there is the main limitation since it is only limited to Teach-Learn-Evaluate. Although it is premature to make a balance about the results, it is visualized that the change will not achieve a true reform of university education, judging by the lack of experience and knowledge that only results in confusion among the authorities, the professoriate, and the student, about the meaning of competencies and how to develop them in the latter. Using a quantitative approach with correlational and cluster analysis, a survey was applied to 147 workers from 12 service companies. The findings show that there is a direct relationship between identity and organizational commitment in its three dimensions; however, the affective dimension is the one that has the greatest strength in said relationship.
