The presented information shows that in all selected emergency areas, the most common cause of accidents is speeding. A study of drivers' compliance with speed limits on the roads has showed that the vast majority of them does not comply with speed limits that operate in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 12 of the Traffic Rules of Ukraine and the requirements of prohibitory signs restricting speed. So, 100% of drivers have not followed a speed mode in the conditions of a dry covering. Setting speed limits only with road signs or legal requirements is ineffective. A comprehensive combination of structural elements of the road and means of traffic calming is necessary. The effectiveness of modern mathematical methods of implementation the comparative approach in real estate evaluation is analyzed in the work. Within this approach the following mathematical methods of determining corrective amendments to the value of the valuation object were analyzed: expert method, method based on solving a system of linear equations, calculation method based on normalized distances in the space of price-forming factors, and correlation-regression method. The main computing formulas and the sequence of calculations for each of the researched methods are outlined. The main criteria for choosing one or another method are defined on the basis of their advantages and disadvantages and application restrictions. The results of a computational experiment investigating the degree of sensitivity of mathematical methods regarding ways of formalization (digitization) of the initial qualitative information in determining the value of real estate objects within a comparative approach are presented. At the first stage of a model for determining the preferred option for strategic modeling forming, the initial opportunities and prospective trends in the employment of each participant in the development of the road sector are analyzed, aimed at reliable support in the operational condition of the roads. The cross-section and combination of perspective trends of different participants form the so-called local strategies of possible options for their activities planning. Information processing of local strategies is possible using various approaches - mathematical data processing, expert analysis or graphical interpretation. Hydraulic calculation of bridges is one of the most important stages in determining its basic geometric parameters. Therefore, it should be based on the exact equations of hydraulics that characterize the behavior of water flow. Currently, the hydraulic calculation of a small bridge is based on an empirically established dependence, which is that the compressed depth under the bridge hc is associated with the support H approximate dependence hc ≈ 0,5H and is independent of the compression of the flow bridge crossing. In this work, it is theoretically proved that taking such a relationship between depths, you can get quite large inaccuracies in determining the depth in the compressed section hc, and hence in determining the speed in the calculated cross section of the bridgehead. Results. Based on the three basic laws of physics, namely: the law of conservation of mass (continuity equation), the law of conservation of energy (Bernoulli equation), the law of momentum (equation of the momentum change theorem), obtained an analytical relationship that establishes a relationship between compressed depth parameters hc and support H at different degrees of flow compression ε. Based on this dependence, an equation was obtained that establishes the relationship between the flow rate Q and the pressure in front of the bridge H. The obtained equation is similar in form to the flow equation through a wide-threshold spillway, with the difference that the flow coefficient m(ε) in the obtained equation depends on the degree of flow compression. Conclusions. The equation for determining the flow rate through the opening of a small bridge taking into account the flow compression is obtained. It is shown that the obtained equation coincides in form with the flow equation, which determines the flow through a wide-threshold spillway. The difference between these equations is that the flow coefficient m(ε) is a function of the flow compression coefficient ε. Using the boundary transition, it is obtained that m(ε) can vary from 1/3 √(2/3) to √0,5. Every year, geodetic production faces new tasks that require a quick and correct solution. The modern level of automation of geodetic work is characterized by the widespread distribution of electronic total stations and satellite receivers, digital aerial photography complexes, field portable computers, as well as multifunctional software packages. This requires the use of new technologies and an automated information processing system, which includes the availability of a software complex for processing field measurement materials, means of automated data entry and graphical information, programs for processing graphics and automated drawing, devices for outputting graphic and textual information. The software for processing the received data of geodetic measurements should be such that the most complex tasks are performed, and at the same time it is easy to use. The development of software tools for processing geodetic measurements will help to reduce the time for camera data processing. The article evaluates the software in terms of the possibility of their practical implementation in the field of geodesy, as well as in terms of accessibility, comprehensibility and the presence of additional functions. An analysis of the functionality of the most widespread in Ukraine modern software complexes for processing the results of ground surveying, such as: CADdy, FieldWorks, Topograd, Topocad, and CREDO, designed for processing the results of geodetic measurements and designing the construction, reconstruction, repair of highways and transport interchanges, was carried out. including public roads, city streets and roads of all technical categories. The topicality of the topic is explained by the fact that ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises requires adequate financing at the expense of various components of equity capital, borrowed capital and loan capital, including lending in foreign currency. the share of balances for loans granted in foreign currency was 29% of the loan portfolio of commercial banks in 2021. This indicates the presence of lending in foreign currency and the need for research and scientific substantiation of the mechanism for obtaining, clearing and auditing loans in foreign currency. The object of the study is crediting, accounting and auditing in foreign currency at the enterprise. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the peculiarities of obtaining, accounting and auditing foreign currency loans at the enterprise to ensure complete and reliable information about the financial obligations of the enterprise. The methods of the study are analysis and synthesis, system analysis, statistical analysis to study the dynamics and structure of loans granted to enterprises by commercial banks in foreign currency, the dynamics of average annual interest rates on loans granted to enterprises. Conditional periods based on indicators of balances of funds for loans granted in foreign currency and the share of loans in foreign currency in the credit portfolio of commercial banks are determined. The first conditional period of development of lending in foreign currency lasted until 2008. It is characterized by a high and constantly growing demand for loans in foreign currency; the share of balances on loans granted in foreign currency was 59% in 2008, a decrease in the exchange rate and low interest rates for using loans in foreign currency against the national currency. The second conditional period of development of foreign currency lending began during the financial crisis of 2008. It is characterized by a 5 times decrease in the balances of loans granted in foreign currency due to the introduced institutional restrictions. Features of lending in foreign currency are determined. The sequence of audit stages of crediting in foreign currency at the enterprise has been developed. Conclusions – despite the institutional restrictions on lending in foreign currency introduced after the financial crisis of 2008, business entities form demand for loans in foreign currency from residents and non-residents. Accounting for loans in foreign currency has certain features and complexity compared to accounting for loans in national currency. A method for assessing the durability of asphalt concrete pavement with basalt fiber on reinforced concrete road bridges is proposed, which is aimed at increasing its crack resistance by improving design. The choice of the durability condition based on the limit state criterion for evaluating the crack resistance of the reinforced asphalt concrete pavement with basalt fiber is substantiated, taking into account the different time of the load and temperature.
