The content of the annealing simulation method is presented, the method formalization algorithm is described. The axiomatics of fuzzy triangular numbers are given. A fuzzy traveling salesman problem is formulated, in which the time parameters of movement between cities are given in the form of right fuzzy numbers, the carrier value in which depends on various external conditions and factors. The results of calculations for solving the traveling salesman problem in clear and fuzzy forms with different parameters of slices of fuzzy numbers are presented. The object of research is fuel efficiency and toxicity of exhaust gases of power equipment. The purpose of the study is to experimentally determine the external speed characteristics of a 4Ч11,0 / 12,5 diesel engine (D-240, D-241, D-242, D-243 families), namely: maximum power Ne, maximum torque Mк; hourly consumption of fuel Gпал and air Gпов, specific effective fuel consumption ge; concentrations of harmful substances in the exhaust gases: carbon monoxide CO, hydrocarbon compounds CmHn, nitrogen oxides NOx and opacity N of the exhaust gases. The paper presents the results of experimental studies to determine the energy performance (maximum power Ne and maximum torque Mк) of a diesel engine (4Ч11,0/12,5 (D-242)) of power equipment; fuel efficiency indicators (hourly fuel consumption Gпал and specific effective fuel consumption ge); hourly air consumption Gпов; concentrations of harmful substances in the exhaust gases: carbon monoxide CO, hydrocarbon compounds CmHn, nitrogen oxides NOx and opacity N of the exhaust gases. Which are obtained with the position of the fuel supply control, which corresponds to the maximum fuel supply from the diesel crankshaft speed. The above indicators were determined at standard diesel fuel supply settings. Based on the obtained external speed characteristics Ne, Mк, Gпал, ge, Gпов, CO, CmHn, NOx and N, mathematical (polynomial) dependencies were determined, which are described from the speed of the diesel crankshaft, and their adequacy was checked. The basic principles of ensuring sustainable development in modern conditions are analyzed. The prerequisites for implementing the concept of sustainable development in business practice are substantiated. The problems in the sphere of ensuring sustainable economic development are studied. General recommendations on the implementation of the concept of sustainable development of the national economy have been formulated. For Ukraine, the implementation of the postulates of sustainable development and the declaration of sustainability as the main imperative is a necessary condition from the social, economic, competitive, and political points of view. Currently, the country has a wide range of legislative, regulatory and advisory documents for the implementation of sustainability principles. Currently, it is necessary to improve and make the most complete use of all existing elements of the mechanism for ensuring socio-economic development. Increasing the efficiency of the state's socio-economic and environmental policy, ensuring their mutual coherence and complementarity is urgent. All this will make it possible to ensure the economic well-being and competitiveness of the country while simultaneously reducing the burden on the environment. Sustainable development is positioned as an important imperative for today's and future generations, a new stage in the progressive development of humanity, which requires reforming existing approaches at all levels. Compliance of \"pay indicators\" with the legislative basis of Ukraine - in particular, the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine No. 322-08 dated 07.23.1996 (ed. dated 08.19.2022) and the Law of Ukraine \"On Remuneration\" No. 108/95 was determined - VR from 03/24/1995 (edited from 08/19/2022). The social, humanitarian, political and legal orientations of \"labor remuneration\" in the domestic doctrine of labor are outlined. The genesis of the right to work in Ukraine is analyzed in accordance with the provisions of Art. 43 of the Basic Law of the Constitution of Ukraine. The philosophical and terminological context of the \"employer-employee\" relationship is considered. The positive and negative aspects of the payment of an employment contract (TD) and a civil law agreement (CPU) are determined in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine and the provisions of the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV dated 16.01.2003 (edited from 01.08.2022). An analysis of the mechanisms for increasing the wages of workers in the developed countries of the world – the EU, the USA, Great Britain, etc. – was carried out. In particular, the precedents of the formation of \"salary policy\" by the ETUC (European Trade Union Confederation) among the 27 EU member states, the mechanisms for increasing wages and establishing the minimum (marginal) permissible limits of labor remuneration in accordance with the policy of the US Department of Labor (U.S. Department) are outlined. of Labor), features of the formation of the wage and salary policy of Great Britain, which is directed and coordinated by the National Economic Council (National Economic Council). Features of employee stimulation by increasing wages are described. The phenomenon of \"work-life balance\" (the balance of work and personal life) and the payment policy of enterprises as the root cause of its generation have been studied. The mechanisms of trade union protection of an employed person against systematic violations of labor legislation are outlined –– in Ukraine, the EU, the USA and Great Britain, respectively. The relationship between remuneration and the level of personal motivation of the employee has been proven. Given the fact that Ukraine is at war with the Russian Federation, the strategies previously used by motor transport companies cannot be used to their full extent. Therefore, the article proposes the direction of strategic management, which will help preserve the integrity of ATP in modern conditions. The works of foreign and Ukrainian scientists were studied. What gave rise to the determination of the direction of management of the motor vehicle enterprise in modern conditions of war. The authors' works are devoted to marketing strategies for the sustainable development of the state. They are not very relevant when applied in modern conditions of war. Therefore, it became necessary to form a marketing strategy for the development of a motor vehicle enterprise in modern conditions. It was established that any strategy is formed on the basis of the main mission and goal of the enterprise. Since the modern transport industry has changed its main mission and its direction has become to provide the armed forces of Ukraine and the civilian population with everything they need. The article proposes a classifier of the strategic goals of the enterprise depending on its stage of the life cycle. The article proposes a mechanism for the step-by-step formation of a new marketing strategy. The definition of the marketing strategy for the development of the enterprise also depends on the specific situation. Therefore, the article sets out typical actions and stages of their implementation. Two options for the development of motor transport enterprises were studied: the marketing strategy is related to the development of the transportation system; the strategy is aimed at the development of the production and technical base and is related to the provision of services to ensure the operability of cars. It has been proven that currently, in the conditions of martial law, for the further development of the motor transport industry, it is necessary to use a strategy aimed at preserving VTB. The nature of formation, chemical composition, physical characteristics and ash classification are indicated. The problems of world utilization of technogenic waste of thermal power plants are considered. The main directions of use of the material with obtaining the most positive consequences are indicated. The feasibility of using ash in different fields and the peculiarities of use have been studied. All areas of use are substantiated by the positive qualities that are generated by the application of ash. The expediency of using ash ash is substantiated, which has a positive effect on the saving of materials and the environmental situation. The influence of ash on each of the methods in which it is used is indicated. Problems that arise in parallel with the application of this material are analyzed. The mechanisms of interaction of fly ash with other materials and the consequences that follow from this are indicated. Affected environmental situation and ways to improve it through the use of ash. Research methods – analysis and theoretical generalization of ecological and economic assessment methods. The analysis carried out in the article proved that in modern conditions the existing methods of ecological and economic assessment of the impact of the transport and road complex on the environment need improvement. The conducted research made it possible to conclude that there are practically no methods in Ukraine that would relate to a systematic comprehensive ecological and economic assessment of the impact of the transport and road complex on the environment. Peculiarities of the organization and implementation of environmental monitoring of highways in Ukraine were studied. The documents and programs that reveal the basics of environmental monitoring of highways have been analyzed. Current methods in the road industry are developed according to the types of polluted natural resources (land, water, air). All this determines the perspective of research.
