In order to improve the properties of binding materials, composite binders based on bitumen and modifiers are used in foreign and domestic practice for the installation and repair of road surfaces. One of the ways to improve the properties of asphalt concrete is the use of modifiers based on rubber crumb obtained from car tires that have lost consumer properties, as well as other rubber products. The problem of using tires is also of great environmental importance. Used products accumulate in places of operation (car parks, airfields, industrial enterprises, etc.). In addition, tires have a high fire hazard, and products of uncontrolled combustion have an almost irreversible impact on the environment. The paper presents a domestic and foreign analysis of the use of rubber crumb to modify bitumen in order to improve the physical and mechanical indicators of road wear. Asphalt concrete coating on transport facilities, which includes bitumen, is subject to significant influence of adverse factors (precipitation, change in environmental temperature, load from motor vehicles, etc.), which reduce its durability. Modification of road bitumen is one of the promising ways of increasing the durability of asphalt concrete pavement on artificial structures. Based on the representation of the general solution of the system of equilibrium equations for a transversally isotropic body in terms of harmonic functions, a correspondence is established between the contact interaction parameters for two transversely isotropic and two elastic isotropic half-spaces (in the presence of a rigid planar inclusion of an arbitrary shape between them), which generalizes Gladwell's result to the case interactions of transversely isotropic half-spaces. By means of the mathematical and computer modeling, the contact interaction of transversely isotropic half-spaces with a disk-like inclusion is studied. The object of research is the value of passenger road transport services. The purpose of the work is to study the factors that determine the value of international road transportation services from the point of view of their influence on the pricing of international bus transportation. Research method - methods of survey, synthesis and analysis, expert assessment. Pricing based on the value of the service will help to ensure the success of transport companies in the long term. In the conditions of martial law, the demand for international transportation is increasing, the price is also increasing, but the discrepancy between the quality and price of transport services remains, which leads to dissatisfaction of passengers with the services of most carrier companies. The survey of passengers of international bus routes made it possible to determine a number of factors that determine the consumer value of international bus transportation for Ukrainians. With the help of an expert assessment, it was determined that the most significant factors from the point of view of the value of international transportation are the condition of vehicles, comfort and professionalism and courtesy of drivers. Consistency of experts' opinions is confirmed by the coefficient of concordance and rank correlation. In the future, the results of the research can be used by motor transport companies when developing a pricing strategy for international bus transportation. The internal and external factors influencing the increase in the competitiveness of the personnel of transport enterprises are indicated. Important for the competitiveness of transport enterprises, together with the technologies and methods of production organization, are the availability of professional personnel, the level of motivation, working conditions, as well as the effect of various factors that ensure the level of competitiveness of employees. The need for personnel development as a factor in increasing the efficiency of transport enterprises is substantiated. An analysis of existing approaches to determining the competitiveness of personnel was carried out. Defining the concept of personnel competitiveness, highlighting its clear characteristics and properties, factors of formation and development of personnel competitiveness, determining the directions of its development at the expense of ensuring the reliability of employees. European economic integration is one of the determining factors of modern economic development. With the need for the transition of Ukraine's economy to a post-industrial development model, its digitization and robotization, there is a need for new approaches to the formation of knowledge, abilities, skills, and competencies of personnel. In particular, in the use of the competence approach, which is directly related to changes in the nature and content of work, as well as changes in the spheres of education and professional training. Especially relevant today is the identification and involvement of the unused capabilities of employees (intellectual, psychophysiological, qualification, etc.), determining the efficiency of the enterprise and its ability to compete on the market. The economical crisis in the country requires promising directions in the new technology creation, one of which is the creation of multipurpose towing units designated for mounting working equipment for different technological purposes. Such equipment can be mounted at the front, back, or side of the towing unit (chassis) and the machine created in such a way should not lose controllability in its operational mode. The characteristic feature of the machine for soil padding under the pipeline (МП-М) is the presence of two implements - upfilling and compaction implements. They have a rear overhanging position which unavoidably leads to displacement of the machines center of mass to the back side in relation to transverce axis and in the direction of the track that is near to the pipe in relation to longitudinal axis of the base chassis. Besides, at the moment of soil compaction under the pipe by the blade, In vertical component of the soil reaction appears in the compaction mechanism which leads to transverse dislocation of the pressure center towards the track that is farther from the pipe. But these recommendations are difficult to apply to reclamation systems, which include complexes of hydraulic engineering and transport facilities, because they do not take into account the characteristic features of unsteady fluid movement in such systems. Unfortunately, as of today, this issue has not been adequately addressed in modern scientific literature. The article considers the issue of determining the roughness coefficient based on the materials of field experiments on irrigation systems of Ukraine for its further use in the Saint-Venant equations for unsteady water movement in open prismatic channels. At one time, professor V.O. Bolshakov applied the method of running according to the implicit difference scheme, provided that the roughness coefficients are known, to solve the Saint-Venant equations. The authors conducted an analysis errors of field measurements of maximum depths, calculation area of live sections, etc. The absolute error of finding the drop in water levels in individual sections of the channel was determined. The results. Among the issues that were covered in the discussed publication, the main attention was paid to the issue of studying the influence of the roughness coefficient on flow elements during unsteady motion in meliorational (irrigation) systems. Also, the characteristics conducted field measurements are given, a detailed overview field data is provided, and the measured parameters at different sections research channel are listed. Conclusions. An indicative evaluation and analysis errors of the performed measurements was carried out, and recommendations were given for determining the average values of roughness coefficients for irrigation channels (channels) with a well-planned bottom and slopes, as well as for banks not covered with vegetation. Geoinformation technologies, which combine visualization and intellectual analysis of spatially distributed data, are increasingly used in planning, reconstruction and monitoring of the state of road management. Taking into account the above-mentioned prerequisites, we consider it expedient to investigate, on the basis of world experience, the best alternatives for optimizing the methods of traffic intensity management in a closed compact area with predetermined routes of the main traffic in the city. At the same time, taking into account the cyclical nature of the movement of vehicles under normal conditions and the possibility of its regulation with the help of automated dispatching of the network of traffic lights (\"green wave\"), we will narrow down the task. Therefore, we will analyze only abnormally high manifestations of traffic, which occur, as a rule, only during the occurrence of extreme events for the city infrastructure with the participation of large masses of people. Such mega-events include religious, cultural and sports events of a global level, public riots and some other events that dramatically disrupt the established practice of using the public road network. It should be noted that such measures often lead to an artificial limitation of the bandwidth of this network for one reason or another, which should be taken into account in the further analysis of possible scenarios.
