It is much talked about in many educational circles, but the main question still remains what CT is, how we can bring it into our classrooms and make regular practice in our teaching. Proceeding from the assumption that it is often much harder to teach CT than to define, we have attempted to explain the widely used concept in the light of Paul-Elder critical thinking framework. This paper provides an overview of the basic research on online education, its pros and cons, types of delivery, and focuses on the use of the LMS Moodle platform. It highlights the benefits of the Moodle instrumental tool kit for teaching listening, reading and writing and surveys the gaps and limitations of the online mode in teaching communicative language which is essential in ESP for humanities. The paper discusses the specifics of such instruments as team work, role-play, humour and feedback in online framework. Next, it examines the instructor’s part and impact in the Moodle classroom. Dans le cadre de ces recherches beaucoup de travaux sont consacrés à la subjectivité linguistique. L’un des travaux importants sur la subjectivité dans le langage est «L’énonciation: de la subjectivité dans le langage» de Catherine Kerbrat-Orecchioni où elle aborde les problèmes de l’énonciation, propose une grille permettant de repérer tous les indices de la subjectivité dans le discours, ensuite une classification sémantique de la subjectivité dans le lexique dans le cadre de laquelle elle oppose aux lexèmes objectifs les lexèmes comportant des subjectivèmes particuliers, associés à des échelles de valeurs propres à chaque locuteur.
