Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengaruh media Islamik hari ini yang giat menyiarkan rancangan berbentuk pengajaran al-Quran, seperti tadabbur, tafsir serta siri bacaan al-Quran. Masyarakat awam memerlukan satu modul yang komprehensif dan selari dengan keperluan pembelajaran tersebut. Ini kerana masyarakat tidak terlepas daripada pendedahan terhadap bahasa Arab yang menjadi bahasa utama al-Quran dan Hadis. Tambahan pula, kesemua amal ibadah umat Islam tidak terlepas daripada penggunaan bahasa Arab, malah menjadi syarat sesuatu ibadah itu diterima oleh Allah SWT khususnya ibadah solat. Oleh itu pengkaji menggunakan kaedah rekabantuk ADDIE dan beberapa kaedah rekabantuk seperti modul Syeikh Abū Ḥassan al-Nadwī, modul Knowles dalam pembelajaran dewasa dan kaedah Pusar dalam menyediakan modul ini. Oleh itu, kajian ini akan membina kerangka sebuah modul pembelajaran bahasa Arab al-Quran dengan teknik yang menarik. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan baru, iaitu menerusi warna asas atau primer. Pembentukan modul ini juga mengandungi pendedahan asas kepada orang awam tentang hukum tatabahasa Arab yang terdapat di dalam al-Quran secara mudah. Anyone who clears land and works on it has a right of ownership on the land. The method to own land by iḥyā’ al-mawāt is actually was practiced in Tanah Melayu before the British colonialisation. However, during the colonial period, they introduced a land system which is known as the Torrens system. The Torrens system is a system of land administration in which registration is very important to recognised land ownership and it is in contradiction to iḥyā’ al-mawāt. This principle was applied through the enforcement of the National Land Code. The question arises whether ihya’ al-mawāt can still be applied and recognised under the Malaysian land law. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are to discuss iḥyā’ al-mawāt and also to determine its place in the Malaysian land law. This has contributed to the growth of the Muslim economy. There are issues of failure in business management based on Islamic spiritual values. Spirituality is the process of the internal development of the soul. In Islam, it is based on faith in life, believing and trust in Allah Almighty, while application of the tauhid paradigm in both in this world and hereafter are related affairs. The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of spiritual elements in the success of Muslim entrepreneurs. In this article, the researchers applied the Systematic Literature Review methodology, which focuses on research objectives. This article uses three (3) steps to analyze selected articles, i.e., by identification, screening, and eligibility. The outcome of this study had established five (5) journal articles that discussed spiritual elements that played an important role in the success of Muslim entrepreneurs, based on religious practices and values that were applied in entrepreneurship. The analysis found that the belief in Allah and the practice of religious values helped to enhance confidence and build the strong personality and traits of successful entrepreneurs. This is contributed by the elements of gratitude (Shukr), approval (riḍā), and reliance (tawakkal) after the best effort. Islamic knowledge covers faith, acts of worship, sharia and moral. These are among the important components that every individual, especially those called Muslims, should learn. The development of Islamic da'wah in Malaysia results in individuals from different races and religions converting to Islam. This new group known as 'converts' needs assistance in aspects of Islamic education to ensure that they can become a true Muslim. The weakness of these converts in understanding, practising and reflecting on their religious practices poses a great challenge to the converts’ children’s religious education. Therefore, this study will identify the challenges faced by converts’ children in Malaysia in empowering their religious education. This study uses the library study method through close reference to the writings and documents on converts. The review of past studies shows that the challenges faced by the children of converts in obtaining Islamic education are religious challenges, challenges brought by parents who lack the basics of religion and who are illiterate, financial challenges and challenges involving family backgrounds. Ia merupakan kitab suci yang sentiasa dibaca, diamalkan dan diwarisi zaman-berzaman. Umat Islam mempelajari al-Quran dengan bimbingan guru bagi memperolehi dan mendapatkan cara bacaan yang sahih. Umum mengetahui al-Quran diwariskan kepada setiap generasi dengan kaedah mengambil bacaan dari guru, iaitu talaqqī (bertemu) secara mushāfaḥah (bacaan mulut ke mulut). Namun masyarakat masih kurang jelas dan tidak mengetahui konsep al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ (penerimaan dan pengamalan) dalam periwayatan bacaan al-Quran. Al-Taḥammul merupakan proses penerimaan dan pengambilan sesuatu ilmu, manakala al-Adā’ pula merupakan proses pengamalan sesuatu ilmu. Justeru, artikel ini akan membahaskan aplikasi al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’ dalam kalangan qurrā’ (perawi bacaan al-Quran) dan kepentingannya. Data-data kajian dikumpul secara analisis dokumen kepustakaan, manakala metode analisis data pula dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat beberapa kepentingan aplikasi al-Taḥammul wa al-Adā’, iaitu memastikan persambungan sanad, mengelakkan tadlīs atau penyelewengan sanad serta bagi tujuan rekod dan rujukan. Perkara pertama yang dilakukan Rasulullah SAW ketika diutuskan sebagai Rasul adalah membetulkan akidah masyarakat yang telah terpesong. Di Malaysia, umat Islam berpegang dengan akidah berdasarkan aliran Ahli Sunnah Waljamaah. Meskipun pembelajaran akidah ini telah diterapkan sejak bangku sekolah lagi, namun cabaran penghayatan akidah belia kini berada di tahap yang membimbangkan. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelbagai krisis dan masalah. Dalam menangani isu belia, permasalahan dadah merupakan isu serius yang sering diberi perhatian. Statisitik pertambahan penagih dadah belia baru dan berulang pada saban tahun amat meresahkan meskipun pelbagai pendekatan telah diambil untuk menyelesaikan isu ini. Terdapat keperluan untuk mengenalpasti elemen penghayatan akidah dalam membina daya tahan belia untuk menangani isu dadah. Hal ini kerana daya tahan yang kuat dilihat sebagai faktor pelindung daripada terjebak dengan najis dadah. Justeru, berdasarkan metode kualitatif kepustakaan, artikel ini membincangkan elemen penghayatan akidah yang dapat membina daya tahan belia lalu membentuk pencegahan dadah yang berkesan. Dapatan artikel ini menunjukkan elemen penghayatan akidah, iaitu kefahaman, perasaan dan amalan mempunyai faktor pelindung kepercayaan, pengharapan, pengawasan, konsep balasan, ketaatan, pengawasan, keredaan, kesyukuran, penghargaan, kecintaan, kecekalan, kepatuhan, pengurusan diri dan ketekunan. Nilai-nilai ini menyumbang kepada daya tahan indvidu. In addition, this study also aims to reveal the form of welfare distribution (al-falāḥ) channeled from various productive waqf programs. The type of research is qualitative research with a socio-historical approach. The study uses primary and secondary data from the Indonesian National Charity Foundation (YAKIN) in South Sulawesi. The results of this study show that productive waqf management has been managed based on a system of collaboration between YAKIN and Nāẓir who experienced and the development of each program model. Managed productive waqf are divided into two forms, namely “waqf khairy” in the form of education programs and cash waqf in the form of rice management programs, business assistance, and capital investment. The cash waqf collection system is carried out by fundraising through family, workmates, and social media networks. The review of jurisprudence on productive waqf is in accordance with the corridors of the sharī‘ah and compilation of Islamic law, but in the implementation of the Law Number 4 of 2004 regarding waqf, it does not fulfill the requirements of the cash waqf pledge. In fact, grammatical forms have a variety of meanings based on the context in which they are used. The study of grammar involves examining the function carried out by a single word. This study was conducted to identify the grammatical meaning that exists in the use of Verbal Phrase Predicate (PFK) for kāna verb (KKK) in Arabic sentence structure (BA) and describe the appropriate match for the grammatical meaning that exists in Malay sentence structure (BM). This study was conducted using qualitative method based on library method (text analysis study) in analyzing data. The researchers obtain reference books and scholarly resources as well as reviews past studies related to the research topic to obtain appropriate reference sources. The theoretical framework utilized in this study includes the grammatical meanings inherent in the use of PFK for KKK in the BA sentence structure by al-Sāmirrā’ī (2003) and the component analysis model by Nida (1975) which analyzes the meaning of KKK grammatical references. While the contrastive analysis carried out involves the grammatical meaning contained in the use of KKK in the BA sentence structure and matching the appropriate grammatical meaning in the BM sentence structure. The results of the study found that different grammatical meanings are formed based on the time aspect found in the PFK for KKK in the sentence structure of BA. The results of this study also prove the appropriate match for the grammatical meaning that exists in the BM sentence structure is the verb which consists of aspect auxiliary verbs, variety auxiliary verbs and adverbs. A total of 140 respondents from four Malaysian higher learning institutions (MHLI) were selected, namely Sultan Zainal Abidin University (90 respondents), International Islamic University College of Selangor (25 respondents), Sultan Ahmad Shah Islamic University College, Pahang (9 respondents), and Sultan Ismail Petra International Islamic College (16 respondents) as the study sample. The data obtained were analysed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22.0 software. Inferential analysis method, namely Pearson correlation was used to find the relationship between two different study variables, namely dependent variables and independent variables. The findings showed that there was no significant relationship between external factors on Arabic writing skills based on assessment tests. However, this relationship was found to be significant based on gender of students. This was because the correlation between external factors with student achievement test scores was (r = - 0.062, n = 140, p = 0.463), while the correlation between external factors on gender of students was (r = 0.181, n = 140, p = 0.032). This finding indicates that the relationship between external factors with the assessment test was irrelevant in affecting Arabic writing skills, and was not significant.
