Among them, wechat gig group meets the needs of low-end labor market and provides employment opportunities for homogenous low-end labor groups. In actual operation, wechat gig group, as a small urban labor market in the digital economy, has the advantages of transaction costs, the convergence of labor prices, and the gradual transformation of the working relationship between group owners and group members into community embedments. It is found that there are problems in the operation process such as information overload, man-post mismatch, gray level management that reduces the standardization of labor dispatch and information technology application may inhibit the employment of low-end labor, and puts forward optimization paths from community awareness, man-post dynamic optimization, interest perception and other ways to help the harmony of labor-capital relations in the platform economy period.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"157 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135105056","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study used a qualitative approach to analyze the content of CNN and Fox News broadcasts related to environmental policies. The results show that CNN and Fox News have significantly contributed to the polarization of American politics, especially on issues related to public policy. While CNN emphasizes the need for environmental protection and regulation, Fox News focuses on the economic consequences of such regulations. These differing views have influenced the political attitudes of viewers and created a divide among the American public on environmental policies.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135105420","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on Cap’s convergence theory, this paper examines the legitimising discourse strategies in the Washington Post’s coverage of the Federal Reserve’s bailout policy. Through the integration and analysis of the three dimensions of the corpus, it is found that temporal convergence aims to link future presuppositions with present events, highlighting the Federal Reserve’s large role in solving the subprime mortgage crisis, in order to construct the legitimacy of the act. Spatial convergence, on the other hand, highlights the negative impact of the external entity represented by the NFIs on the internal entity represented by the US and the positive impact of the measures taken by the internal entity, thus paving the way for arguing the legitimacy of one’s own discourses and behaviours. Value convergence, on the other hand, demonstrates the potential for ideological conflict to be transformed into actual conflict by showing the clash of values and ideologies between external and internal entities in the discursive space. The study of convergence theory in this paper contributes to the construction and interpretation of the legitimation of political discourse and, at the same time, to some extent provides a reference for subsequent research on convergence and legitimation theory.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"144 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135106977","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It will negatively influence organisations’ productivity and performance. In this study, we examined the direct and indirect relationship (via meaningful work) between abusive supervision and cyberloafing, based on the theory of social cognition and social exchange. Data collected from 183 participants were analysed using hierarchical regression. The results showed that abusive supervision has a significant positive impact on cyberloafing, both directly and indirectly. We suggest that organizations should reduce abusive supervision by leaders and take measures to cultivate employees ' sense of work meaning.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125634227","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It seriously affects the stability and fairness of the market. The financial fraud involving listed companies and regulators is also a typical game problem, and the ultimate goal of game analysis is to make all parties reach an ideal equilibrium state. Therefore, this paper conducts an in-depth case study on the social issue of Luckin Coffee’s financial fraud and builds a specific regulatory game model. The conclusion is that the probability of choosing financial fraud by listed companies is affected by four factors: the cost of supervision, the probability of being accused, the fine and the reputation loss to the regulator. Reducing supervision costs and increasing fines can effectively prevent the occurrence of financial fraud. So this paper also puts forward some suggestions, in order to promote the healthy development of Chinese financial market.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121532728","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to assess the dietary sodium and potassium intake in a random sample of Moroccan adult students as a benchmark informing a national strategy for reducing salt intake. This cross-sectional study was conducted with 103 adults aged 18 to 25 years recruited in Casablanca. The 24-hour urinary excretion was used to measure the sodium and potassium. Creatinine excretion was used to validate the completeness of the urine collections. The average urinary sodium excretion was 3125.77 ± 121.99 mg/day, 13.5% consumed less than 5g/day, while 69% consumed more than 5 g/day of which 17.5% consumed more than twice the recommendations. For the average urinary potassium excretion was 1826.1 ± 61.2 mg/day, and more than 98% of the students consumed less than the adequate intake. The results of this pilot study show that the population studied has a high sodium intake and low potassium intake which does not meet World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations, which requires implementing an action plan to reduce salt.","PeriodicalId":438466,"journal":{"name":"SHS Web of Conferences","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125097854","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
